Lovely 4/2 Palm Harbor Home Sleeps 8!, close to Clearwater Beach!
This absolutely lovely and freshly updated 4-bedroom 2 bath home, plus office, is located in Palm Harbor, sleeps 8 and is minutes from the beautiful Honeymoon Island State Park and Caladesi Island State Park, AND it is a 25-minute drive to Clearwater Beach, one of the best Beaches in the WORLD! The Pinellas Trail is close to this lovely home as well, where you can walk, run, or bike ride! This home is minutes away for Innisbrook Resort, where the Valspar Championship brings some of the finest golfers in the world to the Tampa Bay area to compete on the Copperhead Course at Innisbrook. The owner is providing 4 bikes/helmets for your use during your stay. During your stay you will also have access to the Family Annual Access Pass, which gives you free access for up to 8 people (must be in one vehicle) to all the Florida State Parks!!! (Pass must stay at the home after your checkout, and be returned to its original spot, or a $200 fee will be charged).
The home features tile flooring throughout, master bedroom has queen size bed with an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two of the guest bedrooms have queen size beds, 4th has a full-size bed. Enjoy working on your trip in the large office space while enjoy the views of the outside in the large floor to ceiling windows. Smart Tv's are provided for you to stream from your streaming providers, but sorry, no Cable TV is provided. There is also a small safe, should you feel the need to lock up belongings.
Parking is allowed in the driveway and garage only. No street parking is allowed, and no more than three vehicles allowed per booking, and all vehicles must be parked in the driveway and/or garage. Sorry, no RV's, boats, trailers allowed. Cars and SUV's only. Sorry, no parties or events are allowed to be held at this home. Please observe quiet hours by not being loud, which start at 10PM. There is a noise meter installed on the back patio to prove the noise levels for unfounded complaints to the County.
Toiletries/Essentials - The items below are meant to serve as a START-UP to your stay.
To help you settle in comfortably, we will provide the following essentials:
Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
One roll of paper towels
Hand soap at each sink
Dish soap
A few trash bags for each trash can
A few laundry sheets
Dish detergent and sponge
Ground coffee or coffee pods
Dish towel(s)
In addition, we will provide one full set of bath towels and one beach towel per person, based on the number of guests the home or condo accommodates.
Please note: We do not provide extra supplies during your stay, regardless of its duration. Some of the main items that we DO NOT provide are shampoo, body wash, conditioner, tissues, oils, spices (salt, pepper, etc.), coffee filters, cream or sugar, tin foil.
IMPORTANT: IF YOU BOOK THIS UNIT, YET ARE HAVING ANOTHER PARTY MAKE PAYMENT, YOU WILL NEED TO ADD THE EMAIL ADDRESS OF THE PAYER ONTO THE BOOKING, AND THE PAYER WILL NEED TO E-SIGN OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT. ONLY THE PERSON WHO PAYS IS AUTHORIZED TO E-SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.
Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED. THERE IS A NO REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY WITHIN 60 DAYS OF CHECK-IN. IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. THE NO REFUND POLICY INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th
