On one side, a shimmering saltwater pool with waterfall spa invites sun-drenched afternoons on chaise lounges or the cabana-style daybed. On the other, a shaded pavilion offers alfresco dining, a cozy fire pit lounge, and space for sunset cocktails under glowing desert skies.

The expansive yard also includes a shaded lanai, built-in BBQ grill, hammock, bocce ball, and bean bag toss games for family fun. Towering palms and modern desert landscaping frame the space, creating a true private estate feel where every corner is designed for connection and relaxation.
