Magnificent Outlook has ocean views over Mollymook Beach. Up on the high side of Mitchell Parade, this top floor apartment is literally steps from the sand.
Guests will have hours of fun in the rumpus room playing table tennis and foosball.
This tremendous house enjoys repeat guest bookings year after year, so get in quick.

Overlooking Mollymook Beach, a 100m stroll along the beach access path takes you straight onto the soft sands of the patrolled northern section of Mollymook Beach. Spend your days splashing and playing in the surf, or continue along the coast to explore the rock pools and check out the clifftop walking track at Bannister's Point.
You couldn't be better placed for great dining options either, with the famous Rick Stein at Bannister's restaurant just 500m from your apartment and the more laidback Rooftop Bar & Grill at Bannister's Pavilion only 400m in the opposite direction, along with the Mollymook Shops and other restaurants on Tallwood Ave.

With beachfront views like this, you want to make the most of it. Sit out on the front deck in the fresh ocean breeze and enjoy the stunning ocean views that stretch as far as the eye can see.

The sunny rear deck overlooks the large backyard and offers a fantastic space for outdoor dining. The kids will love being able to play in the grassed, flat yard.
The rumpus room downstairs will be a favourite for the young and the young at heart with a ping pong table, foosball and comfortable seating. The second bathroom is conveniently adjacent.
