Guests will be gathering around in the open living area. The modern kitchen includes a gas stove and a large island for entertaining family and friends. The island includes seating for four, in addition to the dining table for eight. Sit back and enjoy family movie night on the 65” smart tv in the living room. You will be able to spread out on one of the two sofas or extra chairs. There is a large modern ceiling fan to keep everyone nice and comfortable. Guests will also have use of the full washer and dryer in the laundry room. There is a half bath just off of the living room and laundry room as well.

If the warm Florida sun is calling you, the fenced-in back patio with pool and spillover spa is just what you need! Soak up the sun on the extended patio with lounge chairs, or cook up some steaks on the built-in outdoor grill. Guests will be able to enjoy the meal under cover on the outdoor dining table for six.

In the front of the home, you will also find the downstairs king master bedroom. This spacious bedroom has a large walk-in closet, a 50” smart tv, and an additional chair for seating. Guests will enjoy the wall-mounted ceiling fan for added comfort. The master bathroom is fit for royalty, work a large double vanity, free-standing tub, and large glass shower. The bathroom also has a separate water closet.

The upstairs loft living area works well as a second living room, for those wanting to watch something else. Guests can relax on the large sectional and watch the 55” wall-mounted smart tv.

The upstairs front king master is well done with a custom wood work accent wall, a 50” smart tv, additional seating, and a wall-controlled ceiling fan. The master bathroom includes a tub/shower combo.

The younger crowd will certainly wind down in the custom-built kid's house bunk bed with slide. This inviting room includes plenty of space to play and a custom-built full over full bunk bed with its own slide! The kids will get to catch all of their favorite shows on the 42” wall-mounted smart tv. Custom murals cover the walls and truly immerse guests from all sides.

The queen master on the other side of the loft will draw the fans of a certain Central Florida Icon! This room has a custom wood work accent wall, themed artwork, and a 50” smart tv. A wall-controlled ceiling fan provides added comfort. The master bathroom is modern and includes s tub/shower combo.

The fifth bedroom is the upstairs front king bedroom. While this room is not a master, guests will have access to a full bathroom just outside the door with a tub/shower combo. This room has a 50” smart tv and wall-controlled ceiling fan for comfort. Guests will enjoy the custom mural to bring them back to a childhood favorite. This room also has a great view of the Reunion Grande.

An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents

The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
The complimentary BBQ grill is provided free of charge. Reunion Vacation Homes and/or the Owner do not accept liability for equipment failure. It is the guests' responsibility to clean and maintain the barbecue. Propane is self-catering.
This home has an outdoor pool without a screen enclosure that is cleaned and serviced once a week. Please be aware that in-between the weekly clean all outdoor pools are susceptible to some minor debris such as mulch or leaves being blown into the pool. Especially during periods of heavy rain. A skimmer net is provided to remove any debris in between the weekly cleans.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.

Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
