Beautiful sunrises each morning from the balcony! Full unobstructed panoramic views were a great way to start the day. Super easy direct beach access. Condo was great - comfortable couches and beds. Very large Smart TV in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen had all the essentials. Great water pressure in the showers. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, comfy condo

Lovely, quiet condo just steps from the beach! Very clean with comfy beds. Natalie communicated well with us, and checked in to make sure our stay was as expected. Highly recommend staying here!

Very nice unit

Very clean, plenty of space and nicely furnished. Great views and steps from the beach. Additionally there are a lot of good places to eat in easy walking distance.

Great stay on the beach!

This 4th floor property gave us just what we were looking for, great views and easy access to the beach. The furnishings and beds were comfortable and up to date and the appliances all worked. We also appreciated the provided beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, full size cooler and even a couple of boogie boards! The grounds were quiet and well kept. We would not hesitate to book this property again.

PERFECT OCEANFRONT

The Condo was the perfect size for the 3 of us. The beds were very comfortable, the TV controls were easy to use and the view was incredible! Of our 4 stays in the area over the past year the check-out procedures for Spanish Main was the most hassle-free...this has been our most enjoyable location. Will definitely stay here again and again!

Five stars for Juky 4th week stay!

We were looking for a condo to house three adults and a 2 1/2 year-old, near my sister’s condo in Cocoa Beach. This was a perfect location for us, and everything went smoothly.Natalie, our property manager could not have been better in terms of answering questions before hand, and being available for a couple questions while we were there. We would absolutely recommend this lovely property.Our room had a balcony on the ocean, and getting our bags up and down to the fourth floor was easy with a provided cart, and the pool looked great, although we used my sister‘s pool instead. Great stay!

Great Condo ,looks just like the pictures. Pool area was clean, ,beach access was fantastic. Condo was a little to far to walk to the downtown area. Great time !!

Very comfortable

We were pleasantly surprised. It looked to have been recently redecorated and was everything we needed for our week at the beach. Perfect spot to watch the sun come up in the morning and the cruise ships coming and going.

The one where we went to Cocoa Beach

Spanish Main 70 is as advertised! Great location with easy access to the beach. Absolutely perfect for watching a rocket launch! Myself and my son’s stayed to celebrate my son graduating college and some much needed family time. Spanish Main didn’t disappoint! So many things to do and checking in and out was a breeze!

As pictured, clean, unit well kept, well equipped, location is a bit far from the pier and lifeguards. Building a bit old, AC units on the roof noisy.

Picture Perfect!

It was wonderful waking up to the ocean out the window - plus the balcony space to hang out & enjoy the ocean view during the day. In a way, the place felt more spacious than the pictures. Good. Convenient pool and beach. Hosts were very responsive to online questions and helped make us feel welcome.

Pros- great view, 2 baths, seafood, visit w/old friends. Cons-no living room lamps, noisy bed, and I saw the biggest spider ever at 3 AM in the master bathroom. NYF (not your fault) - rain, heat, humidity.

Cocoa Beach Condo

Great location on the beach, good dining near by. Super property. Only negative is the dishwasher was very loud. Also, screens in the master bedroom windows need to be replaced, and the screen on the balcony door needs to be fixed. It would have been great to have the doors and windows open at night to hear the ocean. Other than that, great VrBO rental.

Good Location, Could Use Upgrades.

Condo was in a great location in Cocoa Beach near tons of great restaurants. Condo boasts newly updated, but master mattress was lumpy and second bedroom mattress was not suitable for an adult (kids ok). Traveling with our 4 year old we could have benefited from a step stool in the unit as the sinks and toilets were very high. Toilet paper was 1-ply, which should be at least 2-ply! There was shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the showers. There was also salt/pepper and coffee filters. Beach area by condo was very nice. Pool was a good size, could use a cleaning (had a lot of sand and bugs floating).chairs and umbrella provided were nice. Cooler was ok, but a rolling cooler would have been better for the beach. Overall a good stay.

Dishwasher didn't clean dishes properly. Light bulbs were burned out. Sliding glass door and windows were difficult to use or broken. Floors were dirty when we walked around in just our socks or bare feet. Website did not state that the bathroom doorways were only 22 1/2 inches wide so the unit was not handicapped accessible.
