Perfect beach front location

We had a great stay here. The rooms were comfortable, the condo had all the amenities we needed and the location to the beach could not be better. Morning sunrises from the patio were fantastic and the short walk to the beach was perfect. The pool was quiet and had lots of lounge chairs. We would stay here again and recommend to others.

Christmas Break 2022

Condo was perfect for husband, daughter and myself. Daily sunrises and view of ocean were beautiful. Heated community pool was nice as well. Great location and property owner was great to work with.

Location was the best

Steps from the beach and close to many good restaurants. Highly recommend 4th street Fillin station across the street. I would also recommend to the property manager to install nicer grills for outside cooking. Will definitely return.

Steps away from the beach

Highly recommend, we would rent again. So conveniently located just steps from the pool and beach, very convenient for us with young kids. Spacious 2 bdrm, equipped garage close to condo with chairs and umbrellas. We left toys, kites, pack n play and booster seat as well as we flew back. Had family stay in the building in another unit and it was a great spot.

Just what we wanted

My husband and I really enjoyed Kathy's condo. It was tastefully decorated and just as presented on VRBO. The property was well kept and had a relaxed, quiet atmosphere. The beach was great for long walks. Kathy was great to deal with and responded very quickly to questions. We would definitely stay there again, if we return.

Family Beach vacation

We started our vacation with a little bit of a hiccup that was quickly corrected and we were very grateful to the owner and rental staff. Our stay was very nice the apartment was very nicely equipped with everything you would need whether you planned to cook most meals or eat out you had the option which i loved. There were plenty of linens and even extras like beach toys. I really appreciated the washer and dryer also. All in all our family would definitely stay here again.

Not again

Location was good. The guests above us scooted their furniture around on the tile floors ALL night! It was so loud! The rental company was no help. Parking is very limited. Dirty linens. We had to wait for the cleaners to finish cleaning before we could get in. We were supposed to be able to get in at 3:00, but it was almost 4:00. Would not stay here again

Nice condo by the beach

(full disclosure: I am mobility impaired) The condo faces the beach with a beautiful view. The furniture is comfortable. One of the downsides is the parking. I was told I would have a garage and 2 spaces for my use. What I was NOT told was the garage was at the far end of the parking lot from the condo. Additionally the no parking spots are assigned to any condo by number. Rather, they were anywhere on the property you could find a spot. In addition, there were spots labeled "owner only" meaning that only those who owned their condos could park there. (Not people renting them through VRBO or other services) I called the people who handled the rental for the owner of the condo and she did her best to help, but the simple truth is that there was only one handicapped spot and it was occupied for 16 if the 17 days I was there. So, if you have any ambulation issues, I would caution you to consider if you can handle these unusual parking arrangements. I have rented a number of properties and have never been faced with this issue. I did communicate with the owner about this situation and feel that she neglected to fully explain the parking arrangements. Moving on to other matters, the condo appeared clean but after walking around the tile floor, my socks were filthy on the bottom. I found a mop in the closet and it, too was dirty. (So are they mopping the floor with a dirty mop?). There was a very bad odor in the kitchen and l discovered a moldy, stinking dish rag in the garbage disposal. On the positive side, it is very close to the beach and has a great view of the rocket launches.

Great location, easy parking, ground floor and easy walk to the beach!

This was such a great location. It was easy to get the keys on the way to the property, easy to locate and park. Ground floor was amazing and it was so close to the beach. We found the unit to be very clean, except one toilet which had a "wrap" on the lid like it had been cleaned, but upon opening the lid, there was still feces on inside rim which was unpleasant. The appliances in the kitchen and the washer and dryer were immaculate and very updated. I cooked all weekend, so that was very nice! Since I cooked all weekend, the kitchen supplies could use updating for sure. Basic things like a baking sheet, a pizza cutter and a knife set was missing. Many knives thrown in the drawer were extremely dull and had rust on them. There were plenty of utensils and plates and bowls. Everything worked properly in the unit, never had to call maintenance. We felt secure with the locking sliding door and extra stick for the door. The front door could use a secondary locking mechanism. We appreciated that someone left a beach chair and we used that. We bought another one and gifted it when we left (since we flew). The coolers there were nice too since we didn't bring one. The carpet was nice and new in the bedrooms and the extra fan was appreciated and we used that. Another small inexpensive upgrade would be the pillows as well adding an information sheet on how to operate the TVs (which we've seen in other units). Overall, our stay was great and we really liked the unit, just small changes that are inexpensive to make the next guests stay a bit better. Thank you for having us.

Sisters Gateway

This Condo was in a great location. Ground floor, walk out of your back door to few steps on the beach. This was the first time I dealt with a rental company to pick up my keys at a different location then the Condo (usually dealing directly with owner), but the process was easy. We had a few maintenance issues, called the rental company, that took care of 1 right away(garage door). The other 1 items did not get done (TV not working in Master). Other than that, was a quite place and was very relaxing

Excellent Location

The location was great - just a short walk to the sand and surf. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was spacious. Just be aware that you will need to drive to the property management office to pick up/drop off your keys. This is the first time we have ever encountered this procedure when booking a rental and it was not disclosed in the listing.

Hidden gem on the ocean!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean, and the owner had great communication! This condo is on the ground floor. There is easy access outside, and the beach is steps away. We highly recommend this place!
