Kitchen, dining and living room provides the ultimate gathering area. Walkout to deck & lake views. Enjoy the day on the lake while swimming, boating, fishing , and warming from an outside firepit (We don't provide wood for the fire-pit)and beautiful sunset on the lake from your Dock.

The space

THE COTTAGE IS EQUIPPED FOR ALL-SEASONS

This Lakefront picture-perfect 4-season cottage and bunkie can sleep 8 people. The cottage features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living/family room, kitchen and dining area, Wood burning stove for winter months. A large deck overlooking the water, and a fire pit. The bunkie is able to sleep 3 which has its own fridge and tv.

The kitchen is open to the living room. There is a separate dining area. Well equipped with all required appliances: fridge/freezer, electric stove/oven, and microwave.

Smart tv, Wi-Fi unlimited internet, wood burning stove, a Walkout to the BBQ porch & Firepit.

3-5 parking spots available between the driveway and the upper road area in front of the cottage. (parking in the driveway is not recommended in the winter time)

Please note: this is a family friendly cottage. Parties and loud groups will not be permitted.

- Please note - we are not a vacation, or hotel service. We are only offering our place to share with you when we are not around. However we strive our best to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

- Please bring own linens for everyone staying. The beds are King, Queen, Double and Single . Only blankets and pillows provided.
- Please bring your own towels. There are only hand towels for kitchen use available.

- Haliburton County Snowmobile association has one of the finest trail systems you will ever ride. Snowmobile season usually starts in December and lasts until mid March. 370 kilometers of trails for you to discover.
