We take guest safety and property upkeep seriously, and we have since resolved the issues with the master closet door, wall tiles, and stair lamination to ensure our interior is in pristine, secure condition. While we always strive for a seamless check-in, our team fell short this time due to a delayed turnaround transition. Evolve takes full responsibility for this delay, and we have coached our local crew to ensure future arrivals are seamless. We also want to clarify that our home’s safety devices comply with platform standards and are located in designated outdoor areas to protect guest privacy.
