Very dissatisfaction
I was very excited to stay here for five days and four nights, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.Communication from the host was just okayânot great. When we arrived, the pool area was full of leaves and debris, like it hadnât been maintained in at least a week. There was also animal feces near the pool, and a swarm of ants coming out of a hole by the patio furniture. We reported this to the property owner right away.Inside the house, three out of the four TVs didnât work. It took about two hours to get a response, and the host said someone would come the next morning. That person didnât arrive until after noon, confirmed the TVs werenât working, and had to leave to replace them -costing us another three hours. Between waiting for repairs on Friday and into Saturday, we lost nearly a day and a half of our trip.On Saturday night around 10:30 PM, while my family was in the living room watching TV, someone banged on the door and attempted to enter. We learned the property had been double-booked. These same people returned later, and one of the neighbors ended up calling the police. This left my kids scared and unable to sleep, ruining the rest of our stay. The hostâs only response was that the other guests âshouldnât be there,â which I found dismissive and unhelpful.When I asked for a credit due to the many issues, my request was brushed aside. Overall, I would rate this stay a 4/10.
