Great for Families

The property is the perfect place for a small family trip. The location is central to many activities/beaches. The cottage is very well decorated and the large outside space is perfect for a cookout and yard games such as cornhole. I would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a nice getaway.

Very comfortable stay!

This cottage was perfect for my husband and I. Very clean and relaxing. The property manager was communicative and friendly! I would definitely stay here again.

Adorable and cozy cottage

We enjoyed a nice weekend at the cottage. The house was perfect for a mini getaway with family. Very cute decor. It was close to the tubing lodge, arcade and other fun things to do with the kids. We enjoyed board games in the evening and made many fond new memories. The local coffee bean house was delicious for breakfast and we had a great dinner at skunk and goat. Thanks to the owners for sharing this special place.

Cute cottage

Loved this cottage! So cute and it had everything we needed. Loved the outdoor area….screened in porch, huge yard and a fire pit. The inside was extremely clean and decorated so cute. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a getaway in the Erie area❤️

Great little property

We loved this property! The cottage was perfectly decorated and all of the amenities were impressive. Our teen especially enjoyed the loft bedroom. The frog pond was very cute. We loved the short drive to the beach to watch the sunset. Owner was responsive to questions immediately. Highly recommend!

Peaceful and quaint

Gracious, thoughtful and responsive hosts have made sure you have everything you might need in this lovely cottage. The neighborhood is quiet but close to beaches, wineries and all the fun stuff. The closed in porch is perfect for morning coffee watching the birds and other wildlife or games in the evening. Would love to stay here again!

Amazing cottage

What you see is what you get. Delightful cottage in quiet NorthEast outside of busy Erie. In the middle of grape vines and a lovely beach 1 mile from cottage for sunsets. Peace, quiet, tranquility. Just charming.

Beautiful Cottage

Stayed for NE, PA 2023 WineFest weekend. Perfect location. Well maintained & CLEAN! It was just the two of us, but could really see a family with couple youngsters/teens enjoying it. Beautiful loft bedroom space with two beds, albeit the steps were a little steep for my decrepit knees😂 Would recommend for a quiet weekend getaway, or a week in summertime. We will book again👍

What Can We Say? Perfect!

2nd year we came up for the Northeast, PA wine fest weekend.We were excited to return, knowing where we were staying…The Cozy Cottage!Quiet & peaceful.Couldn’t ask for more. A clean, comfortable home away from home.Nothing better than falling asleep, waking-up, and or coming back in the evenings to a well-maintained & clean home-vs-a hotel.Albeit we didn’t use much more than the coffee maker, toaster, & fridge, the place has every kitchen amenity you could possibly need for a longer stay.We will return again next year, and the year after, and the year….😊

So cute and cozy!

Everything about this place is cute and cozy. It's small, but every space is utilized wonderfully and there's a great screened in porch. My two boys, 4 & 6, absolutely loved the place! As did Mom, Dad, and Grammy. So fun with a frog pond and making s'mores at night in the big yard. Worth the little bit of a trip to get to presque isle for us.

Great Lakes Tour

Located not far from Lake Erie and a great beach and wineries! The house was cozy and the back porch was nice. Steps leading up to the loft were very small, my in-laws couldn’t climb them. Thankfully there was a bedroom downstairs for them. The couch bed is very uncomfortable even my kids wouldn’t sleep on it. Kiddos enjoyed catching frogs in the back. Overall a nice place to stay.

Great cottage in great town

The Cottage was even better than advertised. The kitchen was well stocked which is my wife's top priority. The cottage was spic and span and well furnished and comfortable. The upstairs , which we did not use as it was the 2 of us was really nicely done with 2 beds. The screened in porch was perfect for relaxing and reading and you can sit out by the pond and listen to the frogs "ribbit". The location is perfect and only minutes from town and a short drive to Erie.

Peace and Relaxation

My best friend and I booked the cozy cottage for a short getaway to decompress after the holiday stress. The cottage was VERY clean and comfortable. It is little, as it is a cottage, but so tastefully decorated and stocked that it was comfortable for our stay. It had all of the amenities that we required, was well maintained, and the owners were helpfully friendly but not invasive. They also had left some yummy wine, chocolates, and bottled water for our use. As it was winter, we did not have a chance to experience the outdoor areas, but the inside was so cute and cozy! Highly recommended if you are looking for a cozy and quiet place to rest.

Cute cottage in North East wine country

The cottage was quaint and very nice for our anniversary stay. It was in a good neighborhood near many wineries and close to the town of North East. The cottage had a nice bedroom, bathroom, living room, and kitchen. It was very clean and the owners left a good bottle of wine, a bowl of fruit, and there were many items such as shampoo, conditioner, body gel, toothbrush, toothpaste, and other items if you left anything at home. We communicated with the owner(s) a couple of times and they were pleasant and answered any questions right away. Great screened in back porch and large backyard to enjoy. We didn't venture up to the loft area except to peek at it the first day. We will be back!

Cute cottage in a quiet area

Cute cottage, surrounded by trees and an expansive green lawn. It was very close to Lake Erie and not far from wineries. The kitchen was well supplied, the bathroom had plenty of clean towels. Though the bed was a bit small, the bedding was nice. There was Roku TV. The loft had two twin beds. We didn't need to use the loft, but noted the stairs are a bit steep.

Nice little getaway

The cottage was beautiful. The decorations and paint scheme was so cute. We liked the quiet country setting, but yet still be rather close to everything. For our family of 6, the cottage worked out well. The steps to the second floor, are very steep and narrow, but worked out ok for our boys.
