Grand mobil home sur grand terrain tondu, 3 chambres, 1 lit queen, 1 lit double et 2 lits jumeaux. Divertissement: TV satellite et jeux. Fournaise centrale à air et à gaz. Pour votre confort, cette propriété convient à 4 ou 5 personnes.

Les tarifs sont de 135 $ par nuit d'hiver et d'été.

Cuisine: Entièrement équipée avec appareils électroménagers incluant micro-ondes, cuisinière à gaz et réfrigérateur, grille-pain et cafetière. Cuisine complète avec vaisselle et ustensiles. Vous venez d'apporter la nourriture.

Bain: Le bain principal a une grande douche. 2ème salle de bain a baignoire et douche entourent. La laveuse et la sécheuse haute efficacité sont situées dans une buanderie séparée à côté de la cuisine.

Caractéristiques extérieures: Sur une route assez passante mais privée avec beaucoup de stationnement hors route. Près des voies ferrées mais séparé par un grand champ. Pont avant pour s'asseoir et se détendre. Coussin en béton sous un abri d'auto pour que vous puissiez conduire jusqu'à la porte. Foyer dans la cour arrière avec table de pique-nique, chaises de jardin. Le bois est fourni.

Recommandé pour les vacanciers, ou de courts séjours pour des événements familiaux dans la région. Il se passe toujours beaucoup de choses dans cette partie du pays. Chaque saison offre quelque chose de nouveau - sports d'été et d'hiver, divertissement, shopping, situé dans le pays du raisin. Beaucoup de vignobles, un à distance de marche. La propriété est sur un grand terrain avec beaucoup de stationnement hors route. Vous pouvez être à l'aise et assuré de votre intimité. Un peu comme un petit «chez soi loin de chez soi».

Spent a week to fish with my grandchildren. Very convenient to Lake Erie. The property was very clean and well equipped. The hosts were very nice. Very happy with our stay and hope to stay there again. Caught lots of fish and my grandsons had a great time

Dryland Race with Dogs

This is our second year staying here, and we absolutely love it! The host is very pleasant and accommodating, and the location is near our race site. We also love that it is dog friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Stay was quite memorable. Felt like home coming

It was quite a memorable stay. Surrounded by all greenery with all the Apple and grape trees. All the rooms were very well maintained with all the required items. We felt like we were at home. Amazing experience in such a house which we never felt compared to the other. It was one of the best I would say.

North East PA smallmouth fishing

Stayed here for a few nights on a smallmouth trip. Super close to the North East marina, some good pubs around to eat in and the property is perfect for boaters. Allen came over to greet us and show us where we could hookup boats for charging overnight. Super helpful people. We will definitely be back !

Great Stay

This is our second time staying here. Both times we were hit with with a lot of snow and very cold temperatures! The driveway was plowed and the home warm and cozy. Perfectly cleaned, and had everything we needed. Thank you again!

Cute and close to everything

We had a short stay visiting family. Marie and Alan’s place was very cute and cozy with a huge yard for the kids to run around and play in. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. It is located right next to the train tracks where trains come through at all hours of the day and night, which we did not mind at all, but it might be difficult if you are a light sleeper. We enjoyed our stay in their home and will definitely be repeat guests!

Always a great rental.

We love going to Erie every year, and we rent this same place each time. The hosts are very friendy. The property is alway beautifully maintained. The best rental we have stayed at by far. And they dont hesitate to rent to us with 5 dogs, Which is almost unheard-of. As dog owners who pride ourselves on having well behaved dogs we are very thankful for renters like these!

This was the best place I've ever stayed. The owners are very gracious, they have thought of everything that you may need rentung a place. down to the fire wood, for the out door pit. We had 5 dogs with us and the out door area was very pet friendly. Can't wait to rent it again!

Clean, nicely appointed, well stocked

We thank the Dingfelders for their hospitality. The cottage was very clean, nicely appointed with comfortable furnishings, and stocked with kitchenware, appliances, etc. -- pretty much everything one might need and more. The cottage is privately situated, protected by mature trees, including beautiful big spruces. The Dingfelders were easy to work with, and respected our privacy. The cottage was perfect for our needs, and we enjoyed our stay.

All the comforts of home

We flew in from FL for a wedding near the location of the VRBO. I was pleasantly surprised with all the amenities of the property. The owners definitely take care of this cozy country haven and understand what is needed for hosting a family. They even stocked us with coffee, spring water, plenty of toiletries and the kitchen had everything needed to cook up wonderful dinners. We didn't use the grill, but there was one provided off a cute porch. The queen mattress was super comfy. If you are in the area, I would highly recommend staying here. The morning we left, we found a cute diner right down the road with the best biscuits and gravy! Thank you for having us!!!

Great home & owners

2nd time renting this house in a year. This time is was 7 women for winefest weekend. From the first booking request to the time we left, everything went flawlessly. Marie is quick to respond to every question. Everything in the listing is 100% accurate from the description to the photos. What i absolutley love about this place is in late summer when the grapes are ripe, the rising sun hits them in the morning and the whole area smells like grapes. You can't manufacture that aroma! The yard is flat with plenty of space for relaxing or games. The interior is roomy even though its a mobile home. Never did we feel cramped. Marie keeps the home stocked with the basics which makes it nice for long drive travelers. You do need to bring bottled water as they recommend you dont drink the water due to pesticides used on the grapes. You are close to numerous wineries, the lake and local resturants. The trains that pass by day and night may bother some but we all got used to them. In summary, this place is extremely reasonably priced and centrally located weather its for wine trips or family vacations. I can't wait to stay there again.

Qui vous reçoit ?

Vous êtes reçu par Marie Dingfelder

We are Alan and Marie Dingfelder. We have been married for 62 years and have 2 grown children and 1 grandson. We both grew up in Corry, PA and moved to North East 52 years ago. We live next door to the property. We are calling our vacation rental a guest house because that's just what it is. We have a pretty small house and when we have company from out of town, it is hard to know where to put them. When we renovated the property, we decided it would be a good idea to no longer rent it full time but to use it for our visiting family and guests. We like the results so much that we may at some point decide to move in there ourselves. We have settled on A & M Guest House for the name of the property. We would be happy to have you as our guests.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

There are some beautiful properties here in North East. Although our guest house is not on the beach, we think it is in a great location. We are about 3 miles out of North East and only 15 or 20 minutes from Erie. The town of North East has a lot to offer in quaint shops and popular yearly events like the North East Cherry Festival in July, the Wine Fest, Rib Fest, and others. The property is private with off road parking and plenty of room for boats and easy access to the road. The drawback is we are located near a railroad crossing. People either love or hate the trains. If you hate them and the noise from them, you may want to avoid our place.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Centrally located between North East and Erie, PA. Keep in mind North East is the name of the town, not the location. We are located in the northwest corner of Pennsylvania. This property is completely remodeled inside and out. There is always lots going on in this part of the country. Every season offers something new - summer and winter sports, entertainment, shopping, located in grape country. The property is on a large lot with lots of off road parking. You can be comfortable and assured of your privacy. Kind of like a little 'home away from home'.
