A sophisticated 6 bedroom and 5 ½ bath pool home with hot tub and games room. The property backs on to conservation land with a south-west facing pool deck, located within the premium Bellavida resort in Kissimmee – just minutes from the attractions.

The bright living area at the rear of the home overlooks the pool deck. It is a generous space and perfect for relaxing in an evening, with a large screen TV for watching a movie or catching up on your favorite shows. High speed internet and cable TV are provided. A secondary living area, with cool coastal hues, ensures there is plenty of space to comfortably accommodate everyone.

The spacious kitchen has everything you may need to cater for your group as well as stainless steel appliances and wrap-around breakfast bar seating. There is a small casual dining area towards the front of the home, or a full formal dining table and chairs towards the rear of the home.

Outdoors, there is a further patio table and chairs under a covered shaded area. The pool deck backs on to luscious green conservation land, and faces south-west to enjoy the Florida sunshine throughout most of the day right up until sunset. There is a large pool and bubbling spa. Pool/spa heating available at an additional cost. Plenty of outdoor seating means you can spend the full day relaxing around the pool.

The property has two master bedrooms each with a kingsize bed in solid wood furniture, plus ensuite bathrooms. There are 2 queen bedrooms, each with their own elegant identity. There is a further bedroom with a full bed, as well as a bedroom with a bunk (full below, twin above) perfect for the kids. Bedrooms are located upstairs with TVs in each room.

There is fun for all ages in the games room, equipped with a pool table and foosball. Upstairs there is a quiet nook with an L-shaped desk if you need to catch up with work during your stay. Washing and drying machines are provided for guest use.

The Bella Vida resort is a quiet gated community of high-end homes, just 8 miles from Disney and close driving distance to Universal and Sea World. The resort clubhouse and pool back onto a large pond with plenty of loungers to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. There are basketball and volleyball courts, a fitness center, as well as a playground for the little ones. The clubhouse also offers a gym, table tennis and foosball.
