Great property and location if you are ATV riders! Nice that so many things are provided. No need to run to the store for kitchen essentials, toiletries, etc.

Great location

We were in the area for our UTV trip, the location was great to get onto the trail. Ample parking, pictures are accurate of the spacious home. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a very nice stay. The house is set up very nice as we have a handicapped son we travel with. It's nice for him to have his own bathroom and bedroom. I'm sure we'll be back again for more UTV Riding in the area.

Great Cabin in Birchwood!

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend getaway. The cabin is very nice and exceeded our expectations. We only needed one, but with three bedrooms it would be great for a family, group or couples getaway. Ronan was very responsive and helpful.

We had a small group of guys come up for weekend. Place was great! Awesome set up and plenty of room! Short little drive to jump on snowmobile worked out awesome

Enjoyed Our Getaway!

We loved the home, it was perfect for the five of us. The pool table and dart board were great additions to our weekend away. The open concept floor plan made visiting with each other that much easier also. The kitchen was stocked with all the things pwe needed for meals.

We had a great weekend stay. Would definitely plan another trip to Tranquil. Accomodations were top notch and even better was the conversations with Ronan. Very helpful with what trails to take and places to stop for a bite to eat. Thanks again for everything☺

Bring your OWN toilet paper. Only left us a half roll in both bathrooms. Yikes!! Had to run to town immediately to get more. When I asked the host he responded right away that it was not individually listed that they provided it so would provide it??? That’s new one for me in a VRBO.House was nice, clean, and looked just like the pictures. Lots of weeds on the outside.

Another Great Stay!!!

YET ANOTHER GREAT STAY

Yet another Great stay at the Spruce House, we absolutely love it here. Wonderful time with elderly parents, making new memories, no stairs, which made it so easy for them. My husband and I have stayed at a lot of properties and this one is one of the best! It was the cleanest place by far! Kitchen was well equipped, with an island and a big dining table for all of us to sit at. Communication was great, and they thought of all the extra details that made the stay a little extra special. We will definitely be back, love this place so much with the greatest owners Ronan & Dana.

Snowmobile Trip

It is a great house with a nice set up for winding down after a day of snowmobiling. Located perfectly for easy main trail access and close enough to Birchwood for food. We had 2 hybrid 2 place trailers with full size trucks and were able to navigate the driveway just fine but anything longer might be challenging. Over-all we enjoyed our stay and will gladly stay here again if we're in the area.
