Cozy and comfortable cottage!

Nicely appointed cottage! The owners have utilized the space perfectly and the decor is nice. The large dock is a great place to relax. It was a great stay for our family.

Never disappoints!

This is our second time staying here and we absolutely love it. The communication with the owner is fantastic and the location is wonderful. It’s also one of the few properties that is affordable for a young family to come and stay and enjoy the area! Will definitely stay here again!

Lake House

My husband and I stayed at the cabin to be close to the rest of our family on Red Cedar . the house was well equipped however we only had coffee and breakfast there.The only recommendations we would suggest the lakeside bedroom have a shade and more hooks and shelves in the small bathroom . We would stay there again!

Perfect little cabin for a short sweet weekend

I came to the area to visit with my grandpa for a quick weekend trip. The house was perfect. Clean, organized, had everything mapped out that you might ever need during your stay. Location was fantastic and the view of the lake right outside of the living room window was perfect. I actually wish we were staying longer. I will definitely be looking to book this location in the future. It was everything we needed.

Perfect vacation

We were very happy with this rental! Host Jenifer was great to work with. Cottage was very clean, decorated so cute and stocked with anything you could need. The dock was great, relaxing, and our grandson enjoyed fishing off of it and also finding snails- off the side of the dock he could wade a little bit. Place has a pontoon and kayaks to rent, we brought our boat so didn't need to. Onsite washer and dryer was an added bonus. Would give this place a 💯 and recommend to any one to rent it. This was the nicest vrbo rental we have stayed in so far!

We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was comfortable. The beds are way better than at a hotel. We managed to be there for the fall colors and it was beautiful. We are hoping to come back next year.

Relaxing stay on a wonderful lake

Great get away

The cabin has everything we needed. It was quiet and beautiful! The lake was so much fun - we brought our boat and spent some time each day boating and swimming. Grilled out at night and did the Great Northern Train dinner train ride one night, which was fun. We had a great time! Thanks Jennifer!

Great up North family stay

It was right on the water with a very nice dock. We enjoyed renting the kayaks. It is a very quiet neighborhood. We were a family of four with two teenagers and it was a great stay. Very clean and well organized property and we were given very thorough information about the property.

Red Cedar Lake

Great, redone cabin that was very comfortable with easy access to Red Cedar Lake. Also, walking distance to gas station supplied with groceries and Red Cedar Grill that has excellent food and the largest cheese curds ever.

Access to pontoon is a plus.

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights for our anniversary. Our plan of renting the pontoon and spending a day on the lake was disrupted by the rainy day. None the less we found other things to do, the movie theater in Rice Lake, a casino west of Spooner, and some shopping. We chose this rental because we sold our boat last year and the access to the pontoon was what we wanted. The cottage had everything we needed. We’ve eaten at the Cedar Lake Grill twice now and unfortunately we haven’t been impressed. The location was convenient but I’d recommend finding someplace else to eat. Thank you Jenifer for sharing your lovely cottage with us, we had a wonderful weekend getaway.

The family did a get away Easter. I prepared an Easter Dinner with ease in the well equipped kitchen. An added attraction were the pair of loons that came to visit each afternoon . Also looking through the picture window at night at an almost full moon shining on the lake gave us a romantic atmosphere . The cabin is clean and the beds are comfortable . When the weather gets warm, a pontoon and kayaks will be available to rent also.
