Biggest issue was with the lack of WiFi. The HOA switched to a new service which resulted in zero WiFi access the entire week. This is an expected service with the price I paid. There was also construction on the room above me all week. Overall, the room was nice but no wifi and it felt like a discount rate cruise ship with all the ppl and noise.

We were very happy with this condo. The property was very clean. We loved the building in general, and its location on the beach. Easy to walk to the pier and three restaurants. Elevators were fast and we hardly had to wait.

Perfect condo and location for our large family!

Perfect condo and location for our large family! The guys loved fishing daily on the pier while the younger ones were happy playing in the shade under the pier! Best place!

Nice property. Stay there every year. This condo is a great place to stay. Beautiful beaches, not crowded. Close to restaurants and pier, walking distance. . .

Stunning views

We loved the property. It was beautifully decorated , very “beachy”. It had a well stocked kitchen , although it could use a few more forks. We loved the pool and the short walk to the beach and the pier. Andy Ds restaurant next door was awesome as well. Would definitely recommend and come back again.

Location was great! WiFi did not work the entire time which luckily we were at the beach and outside of the room so it wasn’t a huge concern. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay

This is a great property. Every part of check in, our stay and departure was smooth. The condo was clean and well maintained. We had a problem with the A/C unit, called the office and someone was at the condo within 30 minutes. I can't say enough about the beautiful location! Highly recommend Summerwind condo's

Roomy condo. Beautiful location.

We had a large group of women and this condo did not disappoint when it came to space and number of beds. And having a bathroom for/next to each bedroom was a huge bonus! When reaching out to the property mgmt, they were very quick to respond. Would DEFINITELY book this location again for a large gathering.

Wedding

We stayed here for my sisters wedding and the condo was absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! It was higher than what I was expecting walking in! This is our first trip to Navarre and won’t be our last!!! We look forward to coming back and staying in this condo!

We always enjoy Navarra Beach, but we were disappointed with our stay, especially considering we paid more than we usually do for a rental. Unfortunately, the property did not meet our expectations.The shower head had issues and needs attention. The rug in the living room was dirty and should either be professionally cleaned or replaced. The living room furniture has visible stains and looked uncleaned. The freezer door would only open about halfway, making it difficult to access anything inside. We also found that there were no kitchen towels provided, which was an inconvenience. We hope these issues are addressed so future guests have a better experience. Given the higher price we paid, we expected the property to be cleaner, better maintained and better equipped.

Spectacular view

Beautiful view, very clean, updated kitchen was so very nice. Beach / water were, spectacular, cyrstal clear waters, blue, emerald green with stunning white caps.... and wonderful porch that makes the water and condo like one. Thank you.
