Once a dairy farm, the property has stunning views over rich farmland and its own magnificent lawns and beautiful gardens. Quiet roads make it ideal for cycling enthusiasts and the nearby Broughton Creek and Shoalhaven Rivers are perfect for fishing and water activities. Come home and relax in the outdoor hot tub after a day of exploring the region in your Electric Vehicle, and have peace of mind that you can come home and recharge your car ready for the following days adventure.

The Byres is perfect for 3 couples, a small group of friends or family, or even someone wanting a quiet place to work away from the City. Comprising 3 bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom. It will appeal to those who appreciate quality and comfort. The cottage has beautiful furniture, including 5 star hotel beds and a fully appointed kitchen.

The house sits on almost 3 acres of open space with beautiful gardens. There is plenty of space for children to run around and explore, a trampoline, and a large lawn area with a soccer goal.

The Byres has a slow combustion fireplace to keep you toasty warm on those winter nights, reverse cycle air-conditioning in the lounge and Bedroom 2 plus ceiling fans in the lounge and bedrooms making it cosy in winter and cool in the warmer months – all these lovely creature comforts running off solar power!

A large sun-drenched outdoor space with glorious views, is complete with a hot tub, chiminea, dining table, and gas bbq. It is the ideal space to enjoy your morning coffee or soak up the magnificent sunsets.

Single level living, with no steps and parking at the front door, makes the property ideal for mature visitors and families with young children.

A purpose built dog yard, with great natural tree shelter/shade, and good quality fencing around the property, allows you to take your dog on your holiday and be in a secure setting when you are out and about. (Owners are always responsible for keeping and ensuring their 4 legged friends are safe and secure).

Located on a quiet country laneway in Far Meadow, the house is situated half way between the town of Berry in one direction (10 minute drive) and the beach in the other (10 minute drive). You will be spoilt for choice of dining options and boutique shopping in Berry, and Seven Mile Beach perfect for an ocean dip or walk along the beach.

Pets: 2 dogs are permitted, dogs must not jump on, lie or sleep on any furniture including beds. Owners must bring their own dog beds, damage to linen or furniture will be charged to guest

Rates include all household linen and towels and standard departure clean.
Prices are for up to 6 guests (maximum of 6 guests plus infants in portacots).

P E A K B O O K I N G S

Bookings over Christmas and New Year are a minimum of 5 nights. Please ensure that bookings in peak summer holiday season don't leave a gap of less than the 5 nights at the beginning or end of your stay
