A pool safety fence has been installed for children but is easily removed by/for adults. Pool has pre-programmed lighting system with multiple color effects.
The open floor plan and split bedroom design offers space and privacy for family and guests. All rooms has lighting and ceiling fans including lanai dining and patio areas. Large pull-down shades and privacy lattice screens on the lanai along with a 6 ft. vinyl privacy fence (running along the entire southern border of the property) provides extra privacy at the pool. And yes, you read it right, this is a true southern-exposure Florida home! Great for swimming any time of the day.
Quiet & secure neighborhood 18 min to Warm Mineral Springs,
8 min to the big Dever Regional Park. Look for shark teeth at Sharky's or go bird-watching at the Rookery. Activities are endless & memories will be unforgettable.
