Escape in luxury just 5-7 minutes from Blue Mountain Village and Northwinds Beach, the perfect getaway for adventure seekers that want a unique stay. This retreat provides the ultimate rest and relaxation atmosphere, tucked away on a quiet street close to restaurants, hiking, biking, and the sparkling waters of Georgian Bay. Have year-round fun by changing out your paddleboards for ski poles and exchange warm summer days at the beach for a night out on the slopes. Youâre less than 10 minutes from enjoying a day on the golf course, unwinding at Scandinavian Spa or exploring everything Scenic Caves offers. Only 15 minutes to downtown Collingwood and Thornbury, youâll want to extend your trip to fit in everything the area has to offer.
Make your way through the front door to reveal the open-concept design with incredible attention to every detail. Youâll find the living room to your left before making your way to the breathtaking kitchen and dining area with expansive windows that allow natural light to pour in while enjoying the mountain view. Youâll love the secondary bar that opens up to the outdoor kitchen, complete with a built-in BBQ and mini-fridge. With extravagant design indoors and a spectacular backyard, youâll have an incredible stay, rain or shine.
The kitchen is a showstopper with a stunning waterfall island with breakfast bar, built-in wine cooler, 9 ft high cabinetry, built-in dishwasher, double oven, two stoves, and S/S appliances. Take in the views of the lush greenery from the forestry and mountain landscape while preparing your meal. If you prefer an evening of privacy, you can close the blinds and enjoy a fireside atmosphere with the feature wall.
Catch up with friends and family or relax with a movie night on the large flat-screen TV. Youâll never miss an opportunity for a great view in this home with the large windows featuring mountain views. With a generously sized space, itâs easy to bring out the board games or enjoy early morning yoga while the sunlight pours in.
Upstairs youâll find 3 spacious bedrooms with ensuite privilege and an office overlooking the kitchen area with access to the upper balcony. The primary suite offers a King bed, a private walk-out balcony, a large walk-in closet and 4 piece bath with double sinks, a walk-in shower, and soaker tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third hosts two single beds.

House Rules:
-MOST IMPORTANT RULE: NO OUTSIDE MUSIC/NOISE (only in the house)
- HOT TUB/POOL CAN NOT BE USED AFTER 10.30pm (by-law).
- ONLY BOOKED GUESTS may enter the house. Please - no drop by visitors.
- NO PARTIES/EVENTS. House is designed for family to have an excellent stay during your ski trip or get away. Please respect future guests.
- NO SMOKING OR VAPING.
- NO PETS. Some of our future guests might be allergic, so please respect them.
- For your protection OUTSIDE SECURITY CAMERAS (perimeter of the house);
- GARBAGE: You may leave 1 large black bag provided to you (the kitchen sink area)
Anything more than 1 bag is resposibility of guests to be taken to near waste facility. Please bring 1 large black bag to driveway garbage box and put sing FULL ON ON a box.
- Monthly or seasonal rental available.
- BBQ may be used as long as it will be in the same condition as before you use it. Please clean it.
- POOL seasonal use only. Approximately April-September. Hot tub is available all year round.
