I’ve never stayed this close to the ocean, I could throw a baseball into the water from our balcony!

The beach wasn’t overcrowded in this area and the pool is right on the beach as well, I’d stay here again

Thanks Travis for your review. We are one of the closets buildings to the Gulf not to mention the pool deck only a step away from Sand. Glad to hear you would come back. Next year a new Master bath will be added.

Good location. We traveled from St Pete’s to Clearwater Unfortunately we hit right at Red Tide so we couldn’t enjoy beach, but that wasn’t anyone’s fault.

Great Stay!

Our family of 5 very much enjoyed our stay! Being direct on the beach was wonderful, and the building community was very welcoming. Having the front office local in the building was very handy, and staff were very helpful - answering any questions we had about the building and surrounding area. Our kids (5,7,9) really enjoyed the heated pool, and fishing for pin fish from the beach just steps away! The beach was very clean and was enjoyed by everyone - especially during sunset, when everyone seemed to pause and watch the sun retire. If your looking for beach and surf right off your balcony, you’ll love this location.

So enjoyed staying here. Directly on the ocean. Beautiful view right from your balcony. Bathrooms had been recently updated. Would definitely consider staying again. Smaller operation-which I prefer. Beautiful new pool and deck area. Many walks along the beach—just steps out your door. 😊

We got there and were able to use the pool one day and we were there for 8 days. They should of told us before booking the pool was going to be worked on. But other than that the stay was nice.

Exactly As Described

I took my adult son and my 6 year old granddaughter for 5 days in June and the unit was perfect! The views of the gulf were awesome and everything in the unit was exactly as shown and described in the ad. The only "downer" was that it rained a lot when we were there but that did keep the weather cool for June. We will definitely come back again. Thanks so much to the owner's for sharing the wonderful Florida sunsets with us!

Great family beach getaway

We stayed here with our family of 5 (9, 4, and 1 years old) and really enjoyed out stay. This was just what we were looking for; reasonably priced, nice amount of living space, right on the beach! The sunsets from the balcony were fantastic. We walked right out the back of the condo unit onto the beach (50 feet from the ocean) everyday. We love the Indian Rocks area and the condo is well situated a short drive to Clearwater, John's Pass, and St. Pete's. Just an FYI for those who might need access to business email; the Wi-Fi and cell service is spotty inside the condo. Since we were trying to "unplug" for a Spring Break family trip, we didn't mind.

Property was nice. Needs some updating.

The only reason we enjoyed our stay was because it was right on the beach and the other guests were very nice. The office lady, that has been there over 20 years, was very rude. I can not believe they've kept her that long. The individual that handled the rental for the owner was not at all helpful and very rude when I told her our problems at the condo. We go to Indian Rocks Beach evety year. We will not be staying here. Unit owner might want to get soneone new to take care of rentals.

The view is almost worth it

This was our second time staying at the 50 Gulfside condos. Last time we had an intercoastal view so we opted to pay more this time to get a Gulf view. Whilst the balcony facing the Gulf was really nice the condo itself left a lot to be desired. The kitchen was poorly stocked e.g. only two wine glasses, four "beer glasses", no corkscrew, limited garbage bags, limited dishwasher pods, cutting knives that haven't been sharpened this decade and no ability to have the coffee maker and toaster both operating at the same time. Overall the rest of the condo was OK if a little outdated. There was no instructions for operating the TV and we found out it was up to the renters to provide their own toilet paper. ALL of these complaints weren't a problem in the unit rented the previous year.

A God Sent for the Family

Hello, if you are looking for a great place to stay. Then look no further. After many hours of looking, God blessed us with this unit. The whole place is great. You even have your own parking that was a plus with the room number. Office people were very nice and easy to work with at check-in/check-out. This unit is on the second floor just 25 to 30 feet from elevator. The unit is set up very nice. The main bath has a hand held shower which was helpful for our 2 special needs kids. There are also beach goodies for your use, that we did not use. The laundry room is just past the elevator and the unit has a basket for you to use. There is one washer and two dryers the cost is 1.50 to wash and 1.50 to dry. Then going to the beach was very easy. You were about 25 feet to the pool deck after getting off the elevator. Go across the deck which is about 20 feet and you are on the sand. Then about another 50 feet to the ocean. So when they say oceanfront it is no joke. All this was a plus for us. The people that we met had been coming for over 20 years. There are also very good places to eat within walking distance. We will be going back to the Slyce Pizza, and a place called JD’s that has a little of everything we ate there twice. Then if you are more of an upbeat person then you are only a 10 to 15 minute drive from Clearwater up the coast or St. Pete down the coast. Then you are also 5 minutes from Largo where you will find all your fast food places and malls food stores etc. So if you are looking for a quiet place to take your family or friends then this is the place. The owner is very easy to work with and very helpful. I know God sent us to this unit because we can't wait to go back.
