Once you stay at this property, you will want to return again and again.
At the front of the house you will find the master bedroom with walk-in robe that leads through to the double vanity ensuite.
The open plan living area has a well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and the dining table seats 6 with an additional 4 stools at the kitchen bench so everyone can eat together. Cosy up by the fireplace on those chilly winter nights or snuggle up on the couch in the main loungeroom and watch a movie.
Bedroom two consists of a tri-bunk (double bed on bottom, single on top) as well as a trundle bed and has it's own tv which makes it the perfect space for the kids. Bedroom 3 and 4 both have queen size beds and one has it's own tv.
The main bathroom is complete with bath and there is a separate toilet. The laundry has a washing machine for your convenience.
Entertain friends and family outside with a Bbq or simply sit back and watch the kids play in the secure back yard. The property is pet friendly (by application, conditions apply)
*Please note, the property has a wood heater however wood is not provided, there is a split system for heating and cooling. If you would like to use the wood heater you will need to purchase firewood and kindling from the Bp servo in Cowes.
*Please note that linen is not included when booking this property*
Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation.
You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.
Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
A security deposit of AUD500 is required for all confirmed reservations. This will be processed via an online link 7 days prior to arrival and will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that the Victorian Government has implemented a levy on short-stay accommodations. Starting January 1st, 2025, bookings of less than 28 days will incur the "short stay levy" in addition to the accommodation cost. For further details, please visit the SRO website.
