Village by the Beach Le B918, un logement situé au premier étage, occupe un logement de première classe sur la côte du golfe du Texas. Venez séjourner et profitez d’un des luxueux logements à louer de Village by the Beach. Que vous recherchiez un week-end ou une semaine, vous adorerez le confort et la convivialité de ce complexe familial. Chaque unité est décorée sur mesure avec des intérieurs meubl��s et propose des aménagements de lit uniques et des commodités pour leurs invités. Mais il y a deux commodités que chaque client va adorer… 1. Le superbe emplacement, juste à côté de la plage et à 2. La piscine spectaculaire unique en son genre! PET-FRIENDLY propriété!

INTÉRIEUR
Cette spacieuse chambre est haut de gamme, aucune dépense n'a été épargnée pour le bas ou la décoration de celui-ci. Vous adorerez l'ambiance côtière apaisante offerte par cette belle propriété. La cuisine est bien équipée avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour cuisiner un bon repas. La cuisine est ouverte sur la salle à manger et le salon, ce qui la rend idéale pour recevoir famille et amis. Dans le salon, vous trouverez un canapé-lit queen-size et sur le chemin menant à la chambre principale, vous trouverez des lits superposés de taille jumeaux pour deux personnes supplémentaires. La chambre principale est équipée d'un lit king size confortable qui porte l'occupation totale de cette unité à six personnes.
Cette belle chambre est également juste à côté d'une autre unité gérée par Padre Escapes et peut être réservée ensemble.

Les draps pour chaque lit et les serviettes de bain pour chaque invité sont fournis. Un séjour minimum de deux nuits est requis. Les invités contractants de Padre Escapes doivent être âgés de 25 ans ou plus. L’invité doit posséder un permis de conduire ou une autre pièce d'identité acceptable.

Loved your place! Drains in bathroom sink and tub run very slow and it would be nice to have some big mirrors in the living room area so people can get ready for the day oitside of the bathroom. Thanks!

Absolutely lovely and cozy! The staff is very kind and helpful. We were able to make wonderful memories with the kids at the beach all day and then rest in such a comfortable place! It was a perfect vacation stay :)

Great location

Loved the location. Great size for the three of us. We weren't bumping into each other. The main bed is kinda hard and the ice/water dispenser in the fridge was dirty. Other than that, the space was beautiful! We would definitely stay again.

Condo by the beach

My family and I visited for July 4 holiday, we had the best time. The condo was clean, organized and fully stocked. We had no problems whatsoever. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer to be able to come home with clean clothes. And the convenience of being right by the beach was really nice. The pool area was so fun, my family and I enjoyed swimming at night. they even have a playground. We will definitely come back next year. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation.

Sweet Spot by the Beach!

Short walk to the beach which was great since I didn't want to take my vehicle on the sand! Nice unit, and Village By The Beach is a really nice complex. Only issue was getting check-in information from Padre Escapes and having to call vs. having it sent, but otherwise everything was great! Smooth, easy trip for nothing but fun in the sun! Will definitely rent this unit again.

The townhouse was perfect, our grandsons loved the bunk beds, the pool area, and the playground. The Padre Escapes team are fantastic to work with. Excellent weekend get-away

The unit we stayed in was accurately portrayed in the listing and great piece was the acceptance of pets. The only "downside" was the cleanliness of the pool water, which is expected due to the number of units to use the available pools. Otherwise, it was a great weekend getaway unit. Property managers did provide "starter" laundry and kitchen supplies, which is always a bonus.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great place with lots of room. We took our two Labrador retrievers and they had plenty of room to lay about. The bed itself was comfortable, but the springs on the older bed frame squeaked horribly if you moved in the bed. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and would book it again if we want to bring the dogs with us.

Fantastic unit!

My family and I had a wonderful weeks stay at this awesome little unit! I was slightly hesitant about a family of 4 in a 1 bedroom unit for a week but was extremely pleased with the size and layout of this place. Very close to the beach and the pools were absolutely awesome on days when the beach wasn’t an option. CONS: the ONLY reason I would not stay here again would be the master bed. While the mattress itself was pretty comfortable, the bed frame and headboard were TERRIBLY SQUEAKY! ANY kind of movement in this bed would make the squeak happen, even simply rolling over in your sleep!

Another Great Experience using Padre Escapes

My wife and I cannot praise the Padre Escapes team enough. Everyone is helpful and courteous. I definitely want to recognize CJ and the maintenance team. We stay 3-5 months at a time, and sometimes encounter appliance breakdowns. CJ engages the right resources needed to fix the problem quickly! Very very great service and effort!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed the condo! The cleanliness all the amenities and the closeness to the beach. Why we wouldn't stay here again though is the check in time is too late at 4 p.m. as well as there were items we know we left and they were never returned that's a huge Integrity issue for us. And they sent us to the wrong condo which created a lot of stress with us unpacking getting there in finding someone else in the condo and realizing we were sent to the wrong unit

Short Gulf Stay

Location was ideal for walking and parking to the beach. For the kids, having the pool was great break from the gulf waters. The size of the condo was perfect for 5, any more would be too crowded. The furniture can be updated. Little creaks here and there when sitting down was worrisome. The sleeper sofa was a challenge to deal with due to its age. It doesn’t just easily pop open. When planning to prepare foods, everything you may want is available to use from oven pans to frying pans. Be sure to bring salt and pepper.. We really enjoyed our stay overall on this property. Cleanliness is key and the prompt response for linens was greatly appreciated.
