Mais il y a deux commodités que chaque client va adorer… 1. Le superbe emplacement, juste à côté de la plage et à 2. La piscine spectaculaire unique en son genre! PET-FRIENDLY propriété!

INTÉRIEUR
Cette spacieuse chambre est haut de gamme, aucune dépense n'a été épargnée pour le bas ou la décoration de celui-ci. Vous adorerez l'ambiance côtière apaisante offerte par cette belle propriété. La cuisine est bien équipée avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour cuisiner un bon repas. La cuisine est ouverte sur la salle à manger et le salon, ce qui la rend idéale pour recevoir famille et amis. Dans le salon, vous trouverez un canapé-lit queen-size et sur le chemin menant à la chambre principale, vous trouverez des lits superposés de taille jumeaux pour deux personnes supplémentaires. La chambre principale est équipée d'un lit king size confortable qui porte l'occupation totale de cette unité à six personnes.
Cette belle chambre est également juste à côté d'une autre unité gérée par Padre Escapes et peut être réservée ensemble.

Les draps pour chaque lit et les serviettes de bain pour chaque invité sont fournis. Un séjour minimum de deux nuits est requis. Les invités contractants de Padre Escapes doivent être âgés de 25 ans ou plus. L’invité doit posséder un permis de conduire ou une autre pièce d'identité acceptable.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental had amazing potential..perfect location but alot of little things that would keep me from booking it again. This place needed a really good cleaning, not just a wipe down but a cleaning. The bathroom constantly smelled of stinky urine and no matter what I did I couldn’t get it out. The washing machine was filthy. Full of sand and black grime it was repulsive. The dishes and the stand for them were also filthy. The sofa bed, well we shouldn’t even call it a bed, was more like a torture device. There’s a huge dip in it making it practically unusable. Unfortunately for my daughter that was her bed. After our first night I regretted booking two other night we were ready to go home. Do not recommend to anyone who wants to relax and enjoy.

Loved the location. Great size for the three of us. We weren't bumping into each other. The main bed is kinda hard and the ice/water dispenser in the fridge was dirty. Other than that, the space was beautiful! We would definitely stay again.

Condo by the beach

My family and I visited for July 4 holiday, we had the best time. The condo was clean, organized and fully stocked. We had no problems whatsoever. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer to be able to come home with clean clothes. And the convenience of being right by the beach was really nice. The pool area was so fun, my family and I enjoyed swimming at night. they even have a playground. We will definitely come back next year. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation.

Excellent weekend get-away

The unit we stayed in was accurately portrayed in the listing and great piece was the acceptance of pets. The only "downside" was the cleanliness of the pool water, which is expected due to the number of units to use the available pools. Otherwise, it was a great weekend getaway unit. Property managers did provide "starter" laundry and kitchen supplies, which is always a bonus.

Another Great Experience using Padre Escapes

My wife and I cannot praise the Padre Escapes team enough. Everyone is helpful and courteous. I definitely want to recognize CJ and the maintenance team. We stay 3-5 months at a time, and sometimes encounter appliance breakdowns. CJ engages the right resources needed to fix the problem quickly! Very very great service and effort!!

AMAZING PROPERTY!

We’ve stayed at this complex before and loved the amenities and location. I absolutely love the spacious floor plan. The bedroom is big, the bunks are so nice to have and they are out of the way, the livingroom is huge! The kitchen and dining is great space as well. That’s mainly why we come back with the combination of everything you need in one! All of that is hard to find anywhere else. And it’s a beautiful condo! So clean, has everything you need along with dishwasher and washer dryer! We loved our stay once again!

Absolutely lovely and cozy! The staff is very kind and helpful. We were able to make wonderful memories with the kids at the beach all day and then rest in such a comfortable place! It was a perfect vacation stay :)
