The property was great. Exceeded all expectations. Central to shopping and clean, modern and we felt very comfortable. Much nicer experience than a hotel!
The place was clean, tidy and easy to find. We had an extra person stay, asked permission and approved instantly. Communication was fantastic and the area was nice and quiet, great for food deliveries as you are close to everything.
Will definitely stay there again.

the room close to the garage. And three were a lot of small insects, mostly is like small beetles or cockroaches. They were kept coming out and climb on the bed, my pillow, and on my face, which made me feel uncomfortable. I tried with our insect's spray but not working properly.
During the stays I had to sleep at the sofa.
The home was conveniently located in a quiet neighbourhood and an excellent grocery store was just a short walk away down a lane way. The home was mostly comfortable although the option of a blanket on the bed instead of a doona would have been appreciated. There was an issue with the guest washing machine not working. A repair man turned up unexpectedly. There had been no communication from the owner however I did talk to the owner later who apologised. I felt that it would have been nice if I was messaged beforehand about the machine as the main reason I booked this property was to use the washer and dryer. I did use the washer marked for exclusive use of the cleaner. However, this washing machine and two of the three dryers had house linen left in them. As we were in the property for three nights I made sure all this linen was dried and folded for the owner but would have preferred not to have to do it. Also the glass shower screen had obviously never been cleaned though the rest of the property was quite clean. On the positive side, the bottle of wine and coffee pod machine were appreciated as was the smart tv where I could log into my streaming services (I logged out before leaving).
This holiday home is in a cul-de-sac so it's quiet, but walking distance to shops and restaurants and groceries. Nowra Golf Course and Cambewarra Estate Winery are just under 10 minutes drive from the house. Jervis Bay and Worrigee Nature Reserve are just under a half hour's drive away. Shoalhaven Zoo and Jervis Bay Maritime Museum are also worth visiting.
