We're sorry to see this one-star review and that your stay fell short. We take guest safety concerns very seriously, and have scheduled a full property maintenance review to prevent recurrence of any of these issues you encountered. We will audit the parking and quiet hours information, as well, to ensure there is no contradictory language moving forward. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I'm sincerely sorry that this was not the vacation you were hoping for. We have carefully gone through your list of concerns and made plans to take care of these items promptly. We will have our housekeeping team inspect and replace any towels with odors, inspect for garbage behind furniture, and replace the toilet paper holder. We will have our maintenance team defrost the ice maker and repair or remove the broken lamps and speaker. We do state on the listing that the hot tub is day use only, so that guests are made aware of that before booking. We understand that this rule might feel restrictive, but after hours hot tubbing often disturbs our neighbors and it’s very important to us to keep the neighborhood quiet and happy. The Bella Beach community does have a playground, and I’m sorry for the miscommunication on that subject. We will be careful to add clearer instructions in our guest portal so that it’s more easily located. Thank you again for taking the time to share your feedback with us.
