Beach Chair Service Included from March to October! Stunning coastal elegance located on the ground floor. This pet friendly condo is in the most popular building in Maravilla. Walk right out to the beach, pool and grills with no elevators to wait for! The kitchen is brand new w/stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and pots and pans. The kitchen opens to a dining and living area, which is great for gatherings!

This condo is a beach front two bedroom, two bathroom, recently remodeled condo in Maravilla Resort in Miramar Beach. The resort has plenty of amenities for you to enjoy, like two community pools, hot tub, fitness room, tennis courts, pickle ball and more. You'll also love the location as you'll be near central Destin, FL, and nearby all the most popular area attractions, beaches, restaurants, shopping and much more! Plus, inquire about bringing your furry friends as "Wait n Sea" is pet friendly!*

When entering the condo, you'll go down the hallway into the open-concept living area. The living area features access to the beachfront, fully furnished patio, which also overlooks part of the resort pool. There's plenty of seating for everyone to gather around the flat-screen TV. The updated, fully equipped kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and is stocked with new pots and pans. The dining area features seating for six with three stools at the breakfast bar.

The master bedroom has a large flat-screen TV, king bed with new mattress in February 2024, private access to the beachfront patio and a private full bath with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom has a full-over-queen bunk bed and flat-screen TV. Across from the guest bedroom, the guest bath is complete with a tiled walk-in shower.

Beaches, Shopping, Restaurants, Family Activities and more are all within walking distance or a short drive!!

This property is pet friendly, we do require a non refundable pet fee. Pet fee is based on number of nights booked/number of animals. Please ask about the pet fee before booking this property.

***The Maravilla complex is undergoing exterior renovations through May 2025, with potential daytime noise (8a-5p). Schedules are subject to change, potentially affecting dates of daytime noise and/or patio use.

Great location

The apartment was very nice and clean. The location is excellent. Right next to pool and across from beach access. The nice part is you don’t pay for the sand chairs and umbrella. Up front location get their early though! Will be coming again!

We picked this condo for the first floor, poolside location. Unfortunately the first couple of weeks, the patio was not available due to construction but….when it became available to us, it was very nice. We had some little visitors then, so that was helpful. The host was very responsive to questions and answered promptly. All in all we enjoyed our time there!

Great Location & Convenient Access to Pool & Beach

The property manager offered great communication and helped with a few of the concerns we had upon arrival. We've stayed at Maravilla condos several times, and the proximity to the pool and beach were so convenient!

PERFECT LOCATION

Perfect location. Directly across from beach. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. Unit needs a little updating.and a vacuum cleaner. Overall, we had a great time and would stay here again.

Great location

Fun stay in Miramar Beach. Super close to the water (both the pool and the ocean). Condo has everything you need and the chair service was nice. The master bed was quite uncomfortable and should be replaced. Property manager was helpful and good communication.

Easy access to beach, easy to contact for assistance, beautiful condo!

We just left the condo today, I have to admit this is probably the best one we’ve ever stayed in at Maravilla. Our 3rd trip to this complex. It’s dog friendly and we had easy access to the beach, actually, prime location! We had an issue with the icemaker while we were there, and they fixed it ASAP! The maintenance man was kind and courteous of our space. This condo is beautiful. We highly recommend you staying!

Amazing Location!

We loved the location! It was soooo close to the beach! We were worried about being close to the pool and how loud it would be but that was not an issue at all! The place could use some updates though. Holes in the walls where door jams were not put in correctly. The couches could use an update. We had some problems with cockroaches but the rental property manager dealt with it right away.

The condo was very comfortable and well located. However, the property manager did not provide the correct gate access code. We were kindly let in by another resident. A second resident later informed me of the correct gate code. Overall, I am extremely frustrated with the lack of personal communication with the property manager!

Property location an manager were excellent. The condo is listed to accommodate 8 people. There were 4 adults in our group, the main bedroom was very appropriate but the second bedroom was not suitable for 2 adults which made for an uncomfortable stay. KrIsti the property manager was excellent and promptly corrected any deficiencies we experienced ( only 2 patio chairs were present when the listing shows 6, only 3 coffee mugs and wine glasses were present when properly is listed as accommodating 8).
