This 3-bedroom home has been extensively renovated with attention paid to every detail and luxury finishes throughout. This home is surely one of the most unique properties in Philly! A classic brick facade welcomes you into the home's parlor. Two tall windows shine plenty of natural light into the home's large living room overlaid with original hardwood floors and anchored by a gas fireplace.

Past the living room, the yellow pine floors continue to the open family room and the spectacular chef's kitchen, both naturally illuminated from oversized windows. The family room features built-ins, shiplap walls, and a ventless gas fireplace.

The stunning chef's kitchen is adorned with custom handmade Canadian cabinets, Calcutta gold Quartz countertops, a custom tile backsplash, a panel-covered Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer, and a GE Monogram double oven, microwave drawer, and dishwasher. A large island with seating for 4+ and a built-in dining bench ensures this space will become the heart of your visit!

From the dining area, a wall of glass doors open to the home's showpiece - an expansive private backyard rarely found in the city. This secluded oasis will be your go-to spot on good weather days!

The home's second level is split by the spiral staircase. The front of this level has two bedrooms (one with a QUEEN bed and one with a FULL bed) and a bathroom with subway tile walls and a soaking tub. The rear of this level has another bedroom (with a QUEEN bed), a sitting area with bay windows, an office with barn doors, and a laundry room with a farmhouse sink.

Dickinson Narrows is one of the most diverse neighborhoods in the city. You are only a quick walk away from queen village, south street, center city, passyunk, and Italian market.

Short walk or uber ride to anywhere in the city.

PLEASE NOTE: We have blocked off the third floor of the home and the second-floor green space/balcony. Guests will not have access to this area.

-We have zero tolerance for any parties, gatherings noise complaints or smoking. This is a quiet neighborhood and you must be respectful of our home and neighbors. If any of this activity is witnessed you will be evicted with no refund and will incur deep cleaning fees.
-Due to size of our home, we cannot offer any early check ins or late check outs.

House Rules:
No parties or events – Let’s keep things low-key and relaxed.
No drugs or illicit behavior – Safety and respect for everyone are key.
No smoking, vaping, or marijuana – Please keep it out of the home, off the balconies, and at least 25 feet away from the building.
Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am – We strictly enforce this to ensure everyone gets a good night’s rest.
Registered guests only – No additional guests or overnight visitors unless they’re listed on your reservation.
No shoes inside – Helps keep the place clean and cozy.
Toilet paper only in the toilet – Keeps the plumbing happy!
Keep the home clean and tidy – Report any damages or missing items to us right away.
Follow all city and building bylaws – It helps everyone get along.
Age Requirement:
Guests must be 21 years or older.
Location Requirement:
We don’t rent to local residents of Philadelphia – this helps us maintain a vacation-friendly atmosphere.
Fee Schedule:
$500 for removing any or all guests/occupants.
$500 for excessive noise.
$500 for smoking.
$500 for breaking any house rules.
$1000 for clogging toilets with inappropriate items like baby wipes or small objects.
$50 per hour for unauthorized late check-out.
$50 per person for unlisted guests or exceeding the booked number of guests.
We may remove any retaliatory reviews related to violations of these rules. Guests agree to cover any damages resulting from rule violations, including property damage, damage to common areas, and lost revenue due to canceled reservations.
