※ Extra linen requested at extra $45. (Please confirm with us at least one day before you're coming)
※ Keep noise down after 9 pm and be respectful of our neighbour.
※ Attention, Strictly NO PARTY! All complaints would be reported to 24/7 on site manager.
※ Booking changes and other options

The rebooking fee will be waived if the reservation is made to extend the check out date, given the length of stay is not shortened.
- No changes are allowed if reservation has already started.
- Check in date within 7 days, no changes are allowed.
- 7 days before and within 14 days, A$100 service fee will be applied.
- 14 days before check in and within 30 days, A$50 service fee will be applied
- 30 days before check in, rebooking fee will be waived

Conditions for rebooking:
1) Rebooking will be subject to availability and a new daily rate. The new daily rate may be different from the original reservation. Guests will pay the rate whichever is higher for the rebooking.

2) The new check-in date must be within the next 90 days and is subject to availability. Please contact us to check calendar availability.

- As this is a residential building, we kindly ask you to please keep loud noise to a minimum after 9pm
- Parties and the use of illegal substances are prohibited

- We kindly ask there to be no jumping on the bed or sofa
- Please enter and leave the home quietly, we respect our neighbours and want everyone to have a comfortable living environment.
- If furniture is moved, please return to the original place
- Please respect the check-out time and if late check-out is required, please advise us at the time of booking. Please note if late check-out is available, additional charges may apply
- Extra linen can be prepared upon requested at an additional cost of $45.
-Please take the property key and fob with you at all times. Lost Key/ Emergency Key Delivery charges will apply from AU$180. Emergency locksmiths with be the responsibility of the guest with the cost starting from AU$180.
-When checking out, please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy manner.
- Guests will be expected to cover the cost of any breakages or damage, as well as any additional cleaning beyond a standard clean.

Spacious

Plenty of room for the four adults. Rooms are large & bright. Beds are comfortable. A few things need addressing. Oven door doesn’t close. Some platters, even a cheese knife would be handy & new toilet seats would be good. All in all we had a enjoyable time in that lovely house.

kozyguru Campsie

The property was clean and spacious. It was perfectly sized for our family of 5 (two parents and three teenagers.) Grounds were beautiful - ideal for sitting on the patio and enjoying the evening. The host was extremely helpful and communicative with regards to the one or two questions and minor issues that we had during our two week stay. It gave us peace of mind to know we were being well taken care of. The house is located within close walking distance of the Campsie shopping district, so it is very convenient for grocery shopping and picking up essentials during your stay. The only "warning" would be that this is Campsie, which is a ways from the city center where most of the sights, attractions, and activities in Sydney are located, so expect some daily time commitment to the commute if that is your intent in visiting the city. (We chose the property for its proximity to friends in Canterbury, which made the location well fit for our needs.)

There was a possum in roof scratching to get into proverty had no sleep outside bathroom was flooded as leak in roof so was accessible for washing my clothes as washing machine is in there and pots pand need up dating as very gold and rusted not enough spoons forks kitchen half was not in yse as broken dishwasher smells and not wash dishes needs new one and windows also not in use as stickers on them saying not in use as broken property listed wrong vlinds is dirty yellow stains property needs cleaned and updated host was friendly when i txt about problems but still there lit issues need adressing at property pest control needed as scratching i had leave early no sleep x
