Great little beach cottage

This was a perfect location and worked out great for our family. We would most certainly stay again if we were back down south.

Weekday getaway

The house was cute, decorations were appropriate for a beach area. This was perfect size for four guests. We enjoyed the area attractions as well as the beach. Managers responded quickly to the only difficulty we encountered.

Perfect

The property was very easy to check into and the perfect size for my family of 5. It was about 5-7 minutes from rockport beach and about 10 minutes from just about everywhere. They thought of everything with this property! We will definitely stay again!

Clean and comfortable

Stayed for several weeks. Accommodations were great with a special shout-out re the beds. All Queens and seemingly brand new, top brands. Very comfortable.

Great!

After my last VRBO experience I was a little skeptical. However, Birdie’s Cottage was exactly like the pictures and description. It was super cozy, clean and has everything you could need. It was the perfect location for where we needed to be too. I would definitely book here again. Better than a hotel for sure.

Pure Relaxation

We spent a lovely weekend at Birdie’s Cottage. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen and outdoor grill made for some delicious dinners - even fresh caught fish one night. A quick walk to the waters edge or into town for a coffee or glass of wine. My husband went bay fishing while I strolled to do some bird watching. Spent several hours on the back deck reading. Plenty of parking. We will absolutely visit again and would highly recommend.

Awesome!

We were in Rockport on business and we were working long hours. So, the time we did spend there was relaxing. It had all the the extra's to make our stay enjoyable & stress-free. The cottage was very nice and decorated beautifully. The loft was adorable! Thank you for having us.

A perfect stay!

This house was perfect- close to town and the water, clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. I’m picky about comfortable beds, and I found it to be great. We loved using the bikes for a short ride to the Main Street, and the towels and chairs were perfect for the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped too, and I would’ve loved to have a cookout on the back patio but didn’t have time. I have no complaints!

Beautiful cottage minutes from the water

We loved our early October stay at Birdie's cottage. It was clean and comfortable, with nice curb appeal and plenty of space in the back yard. It is just a short walk to the waterfront on Water Street. Good wade fishing there! Also close to the shops and restaurants in old town Rockport. Highly recommend.
