This is the second year we have stayed in this unit and it is very spacious and the dining area allows for all three families to have meals together. The outdoor patio also has a table and chairs as well. The unit is nicely decorated and beds are very comfortable. We look forward to visiting again!

The resort management company is great and very responsive; we had an issue with the heat two nights in a row and they were very quick to respond and fix it. Overall the unit was just ok, great location-right on the beach and across the street from St John’s Pass. There is no view from the covered patio except for the air condition units on the roof.. but we saw that in the pics and decided that would be ok. Internet was very spotty, the remote controls for the bedroom TVs did not work. The bedrooms are very dark and the master doesn’t have a window. It could use a deep cleaning and some new pots/pans/skillets. I would caution elderly people who are unstable or need a cane or a walker, the spiral steps to the bedroomsare very steep. I’m not to be negative just giving an honest review. Thanks’

Great location

This condo is in great location to just walk over to John’s pass for shopping, restaurants or entertainment. We did Jet skiing and a dolphin tour and we just walked to boardwalk. Room was just steps to get to pool and ocean! Would definitely recommend as long as you don’t need ocean views. Patio over looks roof and trees block would be ocean views.

Family Vacation 2023

We had the best stay at 343 Surf Song. We always enjoy this resort and it was the first time we stayed in this unit. It was super clean and very spacious, which was great with having 2 teenagers. The kitchen was adequately stocked with all the utensils and appliances that you would need. The private balcony was nice to have. Beds were comfortable and the decor was very fresh and modern. I would definitley rent this unit again.

Spring Break 2023

The overall complex is out dated but the location is great, right across the street from all the shops and restaurants at John Pass. The unit itself was excellent, big TV in the main sitting area and the kitchen was very well furnished. The unit also had 4 beach chairs and also 3 beach towels. We would definitely book this unit again. Also, the pool was very nice.

Perfect location for a group ...

Pros: + Location - right on the beach, and across the street from John's Pass shops/restaurants. + Unit has updated furnishings/kitchen/baths - and everything works as it should. + There are "bellman carts" to bring in luggage & groceries - very convenient. + Rental Management is literally 2 buildings down the street, and staffed with nice/friendly folks. Cons: - Construction (roof repair) and related noise put a dampener on things (not necessarily a forward issue, but check before you rent). - Chandelier at top of stairs cannot be turned off, oddly (had to unscrew the bulbs). May be fixed before next rental (?). - Washer & Dryer are community use by floor, and need $2.50 per wash/dry to use (bummer). They should get an app (?) to make the payment simpler. Bring lots of quarters if you need to use them! The location is really what you're getting here, and an updated & clean living space.

Amazing condo with a great location...

This is our second year in Madeira Beach and our first time at Surf Song. The condo was clean and perfect for our family. This particular unit is on 2 floors, one floor with main living space and the lower floor are where the bedrooms are located. This layout was nice since a few of us wake up before others. Pros: Location was perfect for walking anywhere we wanted to go. The heated pool and easy access to the beach was a great bonus. The condo itself had most items we needed. Cons: The king size bed was very firm and hard. There was laundry onsite but you have to pay $2.50 for the washer and another $2.50 for the dryer. Also, someone should go through the cupboards in the kitchen, the items are all shoved in and you have to pull all items out to get to what you need. Many unnecessary items in cupboards and drawers. The same for the closet with the beach items, very nice to have these for use but very difficult to get items in and out of closet. Overall, we had a great week with family and friends and look forward to next year!

Beautiful condo an excellent location.

The condo was exactly as seen in the pictures and as described. It's hard to find a place with guest parking. We were able to get a guest parking spot for the entire duration of our stay. The Location was perfect across the street from John's pass with plenty to do, boat trips, restaurants, music, and shops.

Happy Vacation

Surf song is a perfect place to stay. It’s possible to walk so many places from there. Also, a real bonus is you can get a visitor parking pass. The unit I stayed in was beautiful and well equipped.
