beyond the palm trees. The condo sleeps 6 with a king, two twin, and a queen sleeper sofa. The unit is up one flight of steps.

The hotel pool and restaurants located at the very north of South Seas are for hotel/resort guests only. This condo is individually owned and on the south end of South Seas, adjacent to Captiva Village. Besides the condo’s heated pool and white-sand beach, you will have access to the association tennis court and BBQ grills. This condo is privately managed and not affiliated with the South Seas Island Resort. Guests do not have access to resort amenities. A paid laundry facility is available on the ground level. The elevators are currently functional; however, as they are mechanical items, we cannot guarantee they will remain operational during your stay. Please note that refunds will not be issued in the event of elevator malfunctions.
