Modern and carefree with a hint of 80s Miami vibe, 2001 Gulf Beach Villas is just steps to powdery white sand, pristine pools, local shops, a grocery store, and iconic neighborhood restaurants, like the Mucky Duck and the Bubble Room. Relax on the screened lanai and enjoy sparkling golden sunsets, splashing dolphins, and nesting ospreys just
beyond the palm trees. The condo sleeps 6 with a king, two twin, and a queen sleeper sofa. The unit is up one flight of steps.

Guest access:
The hotel pool and restaurants located at the very north of South Seas are for hotel/resort guests only. This condo is individually owned and on the south end of South Seas, adjacent to Captiva Village. Besides the condo’s heated pool and white-sand beach, you will have access to the association tennis court and BBQ grills. This condo is privately managed and not affiliated with the South Seas Island Resort. Guests do not have access to resort amenities. A paid laundry facility is available on the ground level.

Please be aware that, as of now, there are no ongoing repairs or construction within South Seas Resort. However, should any construction occur during your stay, kindly note that we do not issue refunds for disruptions caused by repairs or maintenance that are beyond our control.
