This wonderfully styled home-based in central Omaha is closer enough to the Omaha beach cafe, playground, and shop but still secluded enough to be in your private hideaway.

With tasteful works of art adorning the walls, the house stands out for older families looking for a place to call their own. This house is two stories. The bottom story is the main living area with an open-planned and well-appointed kitchen. The outdoor entertainment area has been covered by louvetec and is surrounded by a wonderful garden.

The large master bedroom is on the second level completed with the ensuite bathroom and luxurious bed.

Family Weekend Away

Enjoyed our stay. The home was a very pleasent place and good location close to the beach. Beds were comfortable and house was warm. Would happily stay here again.

Great stay!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay, very clean and good communication with owner in regards to check in. Just be aware that linen is not included and you are required to BYO or there is an extra charge for linen to be supplied.

Omaha Visit

Overall it was an excellent stay. Loved the location. Only negatives were a lack of red wine glasses, good wine bottle opener, and either a coffee machine or plunger coffee jug - something to make coffee in. We loved the quality of the beds, best ever.

All you could need in a great location

The property looks just as good in person as it does in the photos. All bedrooms are a great size as well as the overall property. Was a great spot as a family with a 1 y/o who loved exploring the outdoor areas and the short stroll to the beach. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and supplies and a short walk to the local grocer if you need anything else. Would definitely stay here again.

School holiday escape

Had a great 4 nights here with the family and felt immediately at home. The place is well laid out, private and has everything you need for a stay at the beach. Great location near the surf club but not too close... We'll be back for sure.

Great stay

We stayed for the Matariki long weekend. Was a great weekend get away and the Bach was perfect for our family. Close to the beach and the cafe/ minimart at Omaha. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. Only slight niggle was the gas fire keep cutting out. Have reported to the manager and am sure they will get it sorted.

A perfect spot!

The position of the property suited us perfectly, quiet,safely enclosed and close to the beautiful ocean beach, shops and playgrund. The home is of a high quality, is beautifully maintained with so many features that suited our family group. We appreciated the games, colouring pencils, puzzles etc on one cold, showery day. Thankyou so much for the opportunity to stay!

Lovely house

Lovely home, very comfortable and clean. Very helpful and knowledgeable agent. Only very minor issue was it was a very cold weekend and the high studs that look great made it a bit difficult to heat. Property is beautifully maintained close to beach, cafe etc and has excellent parking options.

Perfect short stay

Property was in a good location close to the beach and local cafe and superette. The only one complaint (a winter problem only) was that you were restricted when using the gas fire because of the amount of gas the fire used!!! We were frugal with using the fire in case we didn’t have enough gas for cooking !!! The alternative was a small heater which wasn’t really adequate! Other than that, no complaints!!

Thank you! The house was nice and close to the beach and the host Jason was very accommodating. Only thing - the price was quite hefty for not including a simple hand towel for the bathroom, or any towels / linen.

Hi Dave, Thanks for your review. We do not supply linen as per our description and terms and conditions. We do this as we like to supplier higher quality linen instead of adding this charge to the nightly rate - meaning it would cost you more the longer you stay we have the option of bringing your own and save yourself some money or hiring and save yourself time. Great house with a great host!

We really enjoyed our stay in Omaha Beach. Jason was a great host that met us for check in and gave lots of information about the area since it was our first time visiting. The house was light, bright, comfortable, and clean. It is also just a very short walk from a cafe or the beach.

Great home for family and friends to enjoy all that North Auckland has to offer

The home was appointed, with a lovely living/dining/kitchen space. We really enjoyed the house, it was very comfortable and spacious. It was raining the whole weekend we were staying but there was plenty to do with lots of tabletop games available to play. The house is also walking distance to the beach and the shops. It was also a short drive to Matakana - it was very easy to get around. We'd love to stay again.
