Lovely Stay

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and cozy. We had everything we needed for our trip. Great location, safe and quiet. Friendly neighbors. We could park right in front of the unit which was wonderful.

Great stay!

This was a great place to stay in Townsend. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. This is a quiet area just off the highway. Screened in porch was a great place for coffee in the morning. Felt very safe as the property was gated. Very close to the park as well.

Very nice condo!

We're so pleased with our stay at Tranquility. Everything was so clean and updated and we felt so safe at the location. Jennifer and Crystal were so helpful and prompt to an accidental lockout of the condo by us. We'll definitely stay here again the next time we come to the mountains.

Perfect stop

It was so nice! Quite great views, some driving to attractions but that’s what we wanted. We will go back there. We want the same room and everything!!! People that live there was very nice aswell!!

This is a very nice condo. The view outside is beautiful.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was well stocked with anything we could have needed. Thanks for the Christmas decorations. We normally don't travel between Christmas & New Years.

Peaceful side of the mountains

A nice condo in a private, quiet setting with friendly neighbors. Everything you need is avaliable at the condo. The owner makes access very easy. Second stay in this complex and recommend this overall location (there are multiple condos listed for the same location).

Clean, pretty, convenient condo!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful time at this condo! It was immaculate- so clean, updated, and had little extras (coffee pods, soap, etc) that were not just convenient, but much appreciated. It's convenient to everything in Townsend, but off the beaten path, and has a beautiful view outside the front door. We enjoyed our short stay and hope to return!

Cades Cove Reserve - Townsend ,TN

The condo is exactly as described, clean and comfortable. Townsend is definitely the Peaceful Side of the Smokies which is exactly what we were looking for in our vacation, but also so close to the Caverns and Cades Cove. We received several direct messages from our contact as well as the owner of the condo with information to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We would definitely stay here again if available!

Enjoyable Stay

This was a very enjoyable stay. This is a new condo and is very neat and well organized. I especially liked the nice, level parking area with plenty of room to park and the gated community. The adjustable beds were a pleasant surprise (similar to home) and were the most comfortable beds we've slept in while traveling. The only recommendation I would make would be to put some non-slip material in the master shower as it was a bit slippery.

About our stay.

It is a bit difficult to find the entrance when arriving but when we drove up the hill and found our condo, I was impressed. The place was very clean and very quiet. The layout of the properties is open giving you a great view of the mountains. One clear night we spent time star gazing. Awesome view away from the city lights. Exceeded our expectations.

Absolutely spotless

I usually stay in VRBOs when traveling and this was the cleanest one I've ever come across. Also the instructions inside were very helpful. The only negative is that managing company listed the unit as Tranquility and nowhere on the outside was that listed. I had to try my code on all the doors to find the one. It would be helpful to just list it as 106!!! Otherwise instructions were very clear on locating and getting in.

A Great Condo

The condo is in a perfect location. It’s in a safe and quiet gated community. The neighbors, and the management we’re all very friendly. The views surrounding the complex were beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, plates, and utensils. We did have a slight problem with the coffee maker, but that was easily resolved. One thing for future quests to know is that if you plan to stay more than a couple of days, you will want to bring some extra washcloths. There are only a couple of washcloths in each bathroom. All in all, this was the perfect place for our stay. I traveled with family . . . One is 88 years old, and the other is 76 . . . All ladies! The condo was comfortable and easily accessible for us all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and, if we’re able to make the trip again next year, this will be our top choice for our accommodations.

Great location for hiking in the Smokies

We enjoyed our visit. The property was as advertised and well suited for our visit to the Smokies. We had an issue with the access code to the property but both the property manager and owner responded quickly and got us in. I would use this property on a future visit.

Townsend Weekend

Townsend is known as the peaceful side of the Smokies and this condo made even more peaceful it is off the main drag and up a hill where there is no noise at all. the condo is well maintained, and the cleaning company does a great job we have absolutely 0 complaints. We would definitely come back and most likely will.

Loved it!! Great location!!

Wonderful location, we loved the amenities!! Kids enjoyed all the different games the house provided! Beds were comfortable and the sofa bed was outstanding! We will definitely book again in the future!!

4 Night Stay

Always love staying at this community when visiting Townsend and this unit was exceptionally clean and well appointed. Gate entry code was wrong when checking in the first night but Crystal was exceptionally responsive and got us the right code in minutes.

Unruly nextdoor neighbor - SUPER OBNOXIOUS AND LOUD

The checkin process was fine. The floors throughout were still very dirty though. We reached out to the property manager and a cleaning person came out quickly. The property is listed as "tranquility" however it is anything but that. The immediate next door neighbor literally threw a fiesta with mariachi music blasting from 1:30 AM to about 3:30 AM, extremely loud guests, banging on walls and doors, multiple vehicles, ect... My family (spouse and 3 young children) did not sleep for several hours because of this. The following morning, a number of the neighnors were throwing up in the grass area in front of the unit. This was totally unacceptable and honestly, we should be refunded for a day as it was a disaster of a night and it ruined our following day because everyone was exhausted. I would not recommend staying here.

Guys trip for Bronco Celebration

I, along with my 16 year old son along with my dad, made the trip to Townsend for the Bronco Super Celebration. This place was great for us. Plenty of room. Clean. Great location. Owners were easy to deal with. Our only minor complaint was that the living room tv did not have a remote, and we could not change the channel. Small inconvenience. Overall 5-stars.
