Great location for hiking in the Smokies

We enjoyed our visit. The property was as advertised and well suited for our visit to the Smokies. We had an issue with the access code to the property but both the property manager and owner responded quickly and got us in. I would use this property on a future visit.

Loved it!! Great location!!

Wonderful location, we loved the amenities!! Kids enjoyed all the different games the house provided! Beds were comfortable and the sofa bed was outstanding! We will definitely book again in the future!!

Quiet and family friendly

We enjoyed our weekend here. The kids rode their bikes in the neighborhood, the bike trail was easy to access, and we had the pool to ourselves!

Lovely Stay

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and cozy. We had everything we needed for our trip. Great location, safe and quiet. Friendly neighbors. We could park right in front of the unit which was wonderful.

4 Night Stay

Always love staying at this community when visiting Townsend and this unit was exceptionally clean and well appointed. Gate entry code was wrong when checking in the first night but Crystal was exceptionally responsive and got us the right code in minutes.

Great stay!

This was a great place to stay in Townsend. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. This is a quiet area just off the highway. Screened in porch was a great place for coffee in the morning. Felt very safe as the property was gated. Very close to the park as well.
