Just as pictured-lovely and convenient to Harbor Town

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a great place-Everything was as pictured. Perfect setting and view-right on the harbor with beautiful view of Harbortown. A couple of beach towels would be nice for when you go to the pool that is recommended. Not a big deal but we ended up going to Publix and buying a couple for the time we were there. Aside from that-very nice!

Could not be a better location for what we were looking for. My favorite view is a harbor and it did not disappoint. Would stay there again!

2024 Christmas Holiday

Property was well furnished for 2 with sufficient cooking and serving items along with both a k-cup and drip basket coffee maker. Living room provided led to the balcony which treats you with a great view of the marina and lighthouse King bed was very comfy with extra blankets for cold December nights. Shower is critical for a perfect stay and this property has a great spray head for full body comfort. Washer/dryer are provided at no additional charge which was very convenient for our 10 day stay. I would definitely rent this Vrbo again.

Perfect Thanksgiving Getaway

The unit was very well appointed and nicely updated, including the interior common areas. If I had to provide feedback it would be that the bed was uncomfortable and the next door neighbor was loud. It could have been that they were having guests for the holiday. Overall we love Harbor Town and it never having company for the holiday.

Our unit was a great location on the marina .

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was great location ,overall nice but needs some updates. Blinds in bedroom , towels like sandpaper , yoga mat was nice touch but dirty and old. Providing one day of coffee and salt & pepper would have been nice. The patio screen door difficult to open and close. The wall where the trash can was in closet in kitchen was splattered from garbage can.. had to wipe down the grime on wall. We had party people right below us sounded like they were in our unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an awesome stay. Property was exactly as represented. The unit was spotless and well stocked with all your basic needs. The harbor view from the balcony was spectacular. You will be hard pressed to find a better location in the Sea Pines area. We selected this unit so we could be with our daughter’s family who have stayed at this very complex for the past four years. Our stay was so relaxing that we have already started discussing possibly joining them again next year!

Labor Day stay

The location is perfect! When entering the smell of an ionic air conditioner is overwhelming. I called the after hours person and he said what would you like me to do? He offered febreeze. I went and purchased plug ins. It fixed the smell. The mattress is ok. Nothing plush. The bathroom could use some updating. Over all it’s worth renting.

Relaxing Stay with Great View

Really enjoyed my stay. It was very relaxing. The condo had everything I needed for a short visit. The location is great. Shops and restaurants nearby. Nice walking trails. Can’t wait to return.

The villa was very nice! The kitchen has everything to fix a great meal The view from the patio was so beautiful! The area is wonderful with restaurants and boat trips to take.
