Magnifiquement rénovée, villa de 2 chambres / 2 salles de bains située au dernier étage au cœur de Harbour Town-Sea Pines, située au-dessus des commerces et à proximité du port de plaisance, du terrain de jeux, du phare et des restaurants. Marcher aux restaurants, magasin général et autres magasins. Vous êtes vraiment au cœur de toutes les activités de la ville portuaire.

Très bien situé pour fêter le 4 juillet. La matinée commence par un défilé suivi d'activités. Les feux d'artifice à Harbour Town commenceront vers 21 h 00 dans le détroit de Calibogue.

Profitez du tram gratuit qui s'arrête juste à côté du bâtiment, du Memorial Day au Labor Day. En été, le tramway est le seul moyen d'accéder au Beach Club. Il n'y a pas de parking ou de déposer. Cet emplacement facilite l'accès au Beach Club. Avec le chariot, le magasin de détail et le magasin général, vous pouvez rester une semaine sans avoir besoin de monter dans votre voiture.

Votre séjour comprend également l'accès à la piscine de Harbour Town, sans frais supplémentaires. La piscine de Harbour Town est chauffée à 84 degrés à partir du 16 mars et se trouve à quelques pas de la villa.

Cette villa a de nouvelles armoires en placoplâtre, des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable, ainsi que tous les nouveaux revêtements de sol. Tous les draps sont fournis. La chambre principale a un lit queen size, la deuxième chambre a deux lits jumeaux et le canapé-lit queen dans la tanière. La cuisine est équipée et comprend une cafetière / keurig, un grille-pain, un mixeur et une cocotte.

Il y a peu de places de stationnement pour Mariners Way, ou il y a un petit terrain près du bâtiment ou du parking plus grand de Harbour Town. Il y a des chariots à bagages sous les escaliers. Harbour Town est une destination populaire et peut être très fréquentée surtout en été. Utiliser le chariot gratuit est un excellent moyen de se déplacer dans Sea Pines.

Cette villa est strictement sans animaux et sans fumée. Le bâtiment est également sans fumée. Cela comprend les balcons et les passages couverts.

Perfect location for long spring weekend in Sea Pines

My communication with the owner was excellent pre trip and continued all weekend. The unit was well appointed with a lovely view of the Liberty Oak and SHORT strolls to the marina, pool, cafe, stores etc.- right in the heart and soul of Harbour Town in Sea Pines. And let me add that the trolley was just outside the building’s gate to take you to the Sea Pines Beach Club with it’s stunning beach! We do not have a single negative and dozens of positive comments.

Location, Location, Location

Location is great. They need a list of how to’s for the master shower. The tv needs to be Chanel so you could get sports and news. Movie lovers would be happy. Over all good.

Perfect place to stay during your trip to Hilton Head

The property is perfect for a visit to Hilton Head. Amazingly convenient location - walking distance to stores, a pool, the harbor and restaurants. Great space, clean and has everything you need in the kitchen to cook breakfast, lunch or dinner. The owner provided all the details and follow up we needed to enjoy our stay all the way through the process. Definitely book!

Good Location

This property is in the heart of Hilton Head, conveniently located next to stores, restaurants and a small grocery, including bike rentals and parking. Villa was clean and quiet and the property owner communicated well with any questions and with information about the area and things to do.

Beautiful Condo!

This condo was very tastefully decorated as well as comfortable. Communication with the owner was as easy as it gets, as was the check-in process. The location is excellent as it is in the harbor within easy walking distance to shops, trails and restaurants. We would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Ideal Location

We loved our unit and the location to all things in Harbourtown & Sea Pines. Very convenient if you have younger children. We also appreciated it had a washer/dryer, different size beds to accommodate, and the listing info was accurate! Would recommended!

Lovely condo in ideal location

We had a wonderful stay in Mariner’s Way! The location was perfect for walking to restaurants, the playground, shops, the lighthouse, and the marina. Our kids loved taking the trolley to and from the beach. We enjoyed the marina activities like the pirate cruise and parasailing, which were just steps away! The condo itself had everything we needed for our family of 6, and Kim was a great hostess.

Happening location!

Adorable, well appointed condo in the middle of everything. Located directly above shops and The Crazy Crab restaurant. Guest bedroom is perfectly furnished with a queen and twin beds to accomodate most families. The included pool and Sea Pines passes were much appreciated. Parking was a bit of a challenge during this crowded week with minimal dedicated spots for Mariner's Way, but the trolley is located just around the corner and it was very convenient.

The very BEST!!!

We stayed 4 months in this beautiful condo. Loved the place. Trust the pictures & details of the property. Kim is wonderful to work with. Everything is just great: comfortable beds, nice linens & towels, great TV package in 3 rooms, fully equipped kitchen, quick/timely communication, clean, wonderful location. Only downside is that we are limited to 5 stars!! Definitely recommend.

Great location in a beautiful area.

Condo was nice size, picturesque location in midst of shops and restaurants yet very quiet.We were there in mid Sept so may be noisier in summer when a band plays nearby.Kitchen on small size but had essentials. Who wants to cook at the beach anyway? Nice to have two bathrooms however, as an older adult, a grab bar in the shower would have been nice. Patio was adequate for 2 people.Unit was spotlessly clean and owner very responsive.We managed to get a parking space nearby most days but in summer may be a challenge.

Good Stay

Location is great! The Lighthouse, shops, ice cream parlor and eateries and only a few steps away. Bedding was comfortable and all kitchen utensils were provided. Nice size tv (~50”) in the den/sitting area. Outstanding communication from the host. She responded to text msgs within an hour or less. The couch is a little soiled, however. I simply covered the area with a few towels before sitting. That’s the only reason this unit didn’t get 5 stars from me.

Beautiful condo, convenient to everyone

The owner Kim is a very organized and easy to communicate with regarding all details of the stay. The condo was beautifully decorated with all the amenities we required. Her condo is close to all the action of Harbor Town but is situated in a quieter area of the complex. Perfect. So much to do for families or couples!

Wonderful experience

We have stayed all over Sea Pines but never right in Harbourtown. What a great location - so nice to hop on the elevator and be able to walk to everything. Landlord is fantastic and super responsive. Unit had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. Yes, parking can be a challenge but we managed to get lucky by timing our outings earlier in the day. All in all, a wonderful visit.

Harbour Town Gem

We love staying in Harbour Town and this location does not disappoint. Clean, well kept unit close to everything including a quick ride to the beach or a walk to the pool. The owner is phenomenal to work with and her communication throughout the process was excellent. Highly recommend!

Perfect Location and Beautiful Accomodations!

We could not have been happier with the condo. Being so close to the playground made it easy to stop and play throughout the day. It was still too chilly to go to the pool but with everything in Harbour Town being easy to access, it would have been convenient as well. The condo itself was lovely and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Over the years we have vacationed in several areas around Hilton Head and were thrilled to find this villa. Located in the heart of Harbour Town makes this location our favorite. It is a great location year round.
