Luxury and comfort are the words that will come to mind when you step foot in The Melbourne, a three bedroom, three bathroom family home thoughtfully curated to radiate the style and sophistication of the city it is located in.
Throughout your stay, you’ll constantly find yourself drawn to the balconies to fully appreciate the beautiful views of the Treasury Gardens, set against the Melbourne cityscape. Recently refurbished, the large apartment features a living area with generous seating, making it the perfect place to unwind with the bonus addition of a study for when quiet time is needed.
A well-appointed kitchen and large dining table are perfect for the nights you aren’t out discovering the amazing restaurants Melbourne has to offer. And to really entice a night at home, there is a theatre and bar along with other bespoke touches that ensure you won’t be short of fun or good times.
You can be guaranteed a restful night’s sleep in the master bedroom which exudes opulence with its king bed, luxurious bedding and stunning view. The ensuite comes with a soaking tub, another good reason to sit back and enjoy your stay.
The other two bedrooms feature a queen bed and four sleeping pods, plus two additional bathrooms, giving plenty of options for families and large groups to have ample space to enjoy this centrally located apartment.
Guests will also have access to the gym and swimming pool and the apartment comes with two parking spots although, with Flinders St station just around the corner, you can venture on foot throughout the city with public transport easily accessible.
The Area:
The location couldn’t be better as the apartment is positioned next to the famous Collins Street with a tram station right out the front. The Crown Casino and Treasury Gardens are close by as well as the Yarra River and its many riverside restaurants.
There is parking in the building however restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, and public transport, are all within easy walking distance. Well known for being one of the most beautiful cities in the world, Melbourne has so much to offer!
A $10,000.00 Security Deposit will be required prior to check in. This will be charged to your nominated credit card as a Pre-Authorisation which will be released after you check out.
