Fairhope Soccer Trip

We were in town to attend two of our grandsons soccer tournament. The location of this property was perfect! We loved our stay and will stay again hopefully on future visits. We have five grandsons we love to visit so we will be back. Thanks again for the wonderful place to stay.

Nice getaway!

Our stay was everything we had hoped for and more! Nice, quiet area….beautiful backyard patio to relax in the morning and night after our adventures in Fairhope. Our beds were comfortable and best of all the home was extremely clean! Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

We had a great time in Fairhope! Beautiful home all to ourselves. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood close to Fairhope and Foley. We forgot a few things and the hosts mailed it to us before the week was up! Thanks for a great stay!

Very Clean

We were in town for a wedding at the Grand Hotel. The house was very clean and comfortable. The beds were great and it is on a very quiet street. We also loved the covered back porch. We will definitely recommend this home. It was only a few miles from the Grand Thanks, Kenny G. Madison,Ms.

4th of July Relaxation

My family and I had a very relaxing stay at this beautiful Fairhope cottage! The area was so nice and peaceful. Upon our arrival the cleanliness of the property was emmaculate! The owner(s) really take pride in making sure that this is a home away from home. We enjoyed grilling on the back patio area and the beds were super comfy. We ventured out into the Fairhope/Mobile areas as well and enjoyed local restuarants and shopping. The owner(s) have excellent communication with guests and worked diligently to ensure that we were satisfied and well accommodated...including making local recommendations for fireworks and restaurants. Thanks again for everything! We would love to return here in the future.

Great super quiet home with everything you need!

I usually base a lot of choices on reviews however, when I found this gem I couldn’t resist. I contacted the owner and asked some questions since there were no reviews. Steve replied very quickly with all the answers and he was great to work with. He explained this is a new listing and he had the first rental in the home and we would be the second. I crossed my fingers and booked a week. I asked more questions prior to arriving and got replies quickly throughout. Fast forward about 2 weeks (last minute trip) and we arrived at the house. It was exactly as listed. Dishes, linens, grill…all there. The back yard is huge. The back patio is great in the all too frequent rain in the area. No keys to mess with. The beds in the house are all memory foam and we slept well all week. The AC works well and is easy to adjust as you choose. I chose this home knowing it was about 20 miles from the beaches. We didn’t hear a sound at night. No neighbors, no barking dogs, no traffic. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway this is the place for you!

Peaceful Weekend Getaway

We stayed at Shady Acres while in town visiting family. It was a great spot that was clean & comfortable! In the future, we will highly consider staying here again, if available. The hosts stayed in great communication and let us know they were close by if we needed anything. However, everything needed was already provided! Our little boys really enjoyed running around & playing in the spacious backyard:)

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and spacious, far enough out but close enough to Fairhope and Foley (you don't want to miss Lamberts). I had a few questions before our trip and the contact person was always friendly and quick to answer. I highly recommend this house for a stay.

More than I expected

The cottage was decorated so beautifully, neat & clean. It had all the amenities that you would need and the beds were so comfortable. The patio was very nice to sit out in the evening. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to come back next year. Thanks

Great Place to Stay

I cannot say enough good things about this house. It was so clean it almost sparkled! It was in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to the places we wanted to go. There was a nice patio out back where we sat outside under the ceiling fans, great couch for watching movies.Steve was super helpful. One of the ladies with us owns several rental properties and she was very impressed. I would definitely recommend this place. And Farihope is a lovely town. I'd recommend it too.

Love the Backyard!

This is a great property - clean, roomy, and quiet! The home has everything you need for a pleasant stay and the homeowner was prompt in providing information. The beds are super comfortable and there is plenty of indoor and outdoor living space. The backyard is really beautiful and the covered porch is a great place to unwind at the end of the day. We would definitely stay here again!

Hidden Gem

We loved our stay at this property! The house is tucked away on the most beautiful lot. The backyard is beautiful with mature trees lining the property. It’s close to neighbors but you can’t see any of them from the home so you feel very secluded. The house has a well stocked kitchen..not like some properties that just leave damaged pots and pans for visitors. Bedrooms were a good size and the master is huge. Furnishings are homey and comfortable. Mattresses and bedding feel like home. We will surely use this property again if we are ever in the area!
