It was October so we didn’t use the pool. Our friends had a place across the street so it was very convenient.

Great little place

Came down to do a few days of diving. Sadly the weather didn’t cooperate but there’s plenty other to do in the down east area. This is a great little place for a single or a couple. Everything you need and nothing you don’t. AC is on point and the room is super clean. Will be back for my next dive trip.

Great condo, not so great parking

We had a great time staying here, super cute condo with everything we needed for a quick beach weekend. There weren’t any pool bands in the room, parking situation was confusing because we had the parking pass displayed but still got a ticket; turns out the opposite side of the lot is pay to park and we were forced to park there because all the spots for the condo were full (w

Uncomfortable and dirty

First, you have to shoulder check the door for it to open. Thought we had been given the wrong code, but the door is jammed closed and you have to use an uncomfortable amount of force to open it. Once you finally get inside it's a cozy little spot, after you turn on the built in window air conditioner to cool down the inferno you walk in to. We knew it was a pull out sofa bed going in, but damn it was the most uncomfortable one I've ever tried to sleep on. We had to put the "mattress" on the floor and use extra pillows to help padding. Then when trying to take a shower you are pleasantly surprised to find a moldy shower curtain. Then there's a detailed list of all the cleaning that should be done before you check out, which makes you wonder why there's such a hefty cleaning fee if you're required to do all the cleaning. So, we were very disappointed in this room. Great location and beach access, otherwise. May be suitable for a solo traveler, if you bring an air mattress.

From the owner: "Kellie, thanks for staying with us. We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay. - We are getting rid of the sleeper sofa and installing a queen bed as we have received other complaints about it. We tried multiple things to improve it but were unsuccessful so the best option going forward is a standard Queen size bed setup. We will update the listing when this is corrected. - As for the cleaning checklist, it is a cookie-cutter template that the cleaning company placed on the fridge. After it was brought to our attention we reviewed the list and told the cleaners to remove it as several things on it do not apply to this unit or situation. - As for the cleanliness complaint every time that we have entered the unit it has been fairly clean and there have been no deficiencies. After reading this review, we instructed our cleaners to replace the shower curtain. - Our cleaning crew usually notifies us of any issues that arise. We then take note of it and then replace it. We have seen the curtain in question recently and did not see mold or anything of that nature, but we'll go ahead and replace it to be on the safe side. - The door is the original wooden door and sometimes they stick when the humidity is high. A firm push opens it up. We've never had to ram it. We will adjust the door's edge this upcoming fall to prevent this. We appreciate your feedback and we're sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you."
