Welcome to your beach get-away at the Cottages on Osoyoos Lake. Our home features 4 bedrooms, an open sleeping space with triple bunks, 4 full bathrooms, open concept living, a rec room with video games, and views from the upper and lower decks that can't be beat.

Take the included (and super swanky) golf-cart to visit the communities two seasonal pools and year round hot tub, or load up the supplies for a day at the private beach and marina to soak up the sun! Our cottage is the perfect destination year round.

We loved our stay. We are a family of 11 aged 8 to 71. House is very comfortable especially the beds. Kitchen is very well stocked. We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet the entire complex is. Very, very nice holiday.

An amazing property, perfect for a big family! We had 12 people and never felt crowded. The bunk room was a hit with the kiddos and the view from all the windows and the deck is unreal! The golf cart was a nice bonus and made it easy to get to and from the lake with all our stuff. We had such a great time and everyone is already asking when we can go back. Thanks for a fabulous week!

Amazng holiday with family

Great unit with all that is needed. The unit is one of the few that can host us, our 2 adult children and their spouses and our 4 grandkids from 2-22. We have stayes at this complex many times,but the golf cart access to get to the beach was a game changer! Look forward to next year

Beautiful stay

The cottage was amazing, we had a great time biking to local wineries and enjoying the complex's private beach. There was a well stocked kitchen, which was great for our group of 6 as we did a lot of cooking / bbqing. The hosts were easy to make contact with and answered any questions we had. Would definitely stay again.

Great starting point for many adventures

‘This was our first time at The Cottages. It’s a great location whether you are doing wine tastings, hiking, cycling or just relaxing. Of course there’s a lake and easy access for your adventures On the water. Great communications, well appointed, It worked really well for our group of 6 adults

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time the house was perfect every couple had their own bedroom and bathroom the grandkids loved the bunk beds. Lots of room for us all. The owner was great to communicate with. The only thing was the pool wasn’t open when we were there but we enjoyed the lake and golf cart getting our things to the lake. We will definitely be back

Even better than advertised

We recently stayed at this cottage in Osoyoos for a girls weekend to celebrate our friend’s 40th birthday. The cottage was perfect! Exceptionally clean, well equipped kitchen, every bedroom has its own bathroom, and the lower covered deck was awesome to be able to sit outside when it rained or the direct sun was too hot. Beds and furniture are super comfortable. Remarkable unobstructed view of the lake and mountains.

Beautiful location

Great location. We have stayed at this community before and loved it. Few cosmetic concerns that you may not be aware of; there are spider webs all in the living room ceilings, the upper level floors were very dirty, the outdoor furniture and deck were quite dirty and full of spider webs and had bird droppings on it. The basement room has broken dresser drawers. The transformer to the door fell buzzed the entire time, louder at times. Overall my family had a fantastic time and we thank you for offering your place to us.

Fun house for our family

We really enjoyed our stay - everything was as advertised or better. location and amenities are all excellent. Golf cart was needed and fun! Just a note that doesnt get included in the public review. the BBQ was a mess when we went to use it. no cleaning of the grill or the utensils that were left inside. not a big deal, but something the owner should be aware for their cleaner...also seveal light bulbs out throughout the house - but overall we loved our stay and would come back Thanks

Osoyoos Family Gatherine

This home was perfect for our family gathering. We had four siblings and spouses together for a week of catching up and enjoying the Okanagan. All of us are 65 and some with physical limitations. Two bedrooms and bathrooms on the main floor eliminated steps that would have otherwise been a challenge. With two more full bedrooms and bathrooms on the bottom floor everyone had their own space. There was one additional bedroom to spare (bunkbeds). The Cottages is a lovely gated community with well maintained homes and public areas and has a lovely clubhouse and pool area to enjoy with walking paths along the beach. The Cottages are a little isolated on the north east side of the lake, requiring some planning and forethought for outings and groceries, which makes a vehicle a necessity.All in all we felt the property met all our needs providing for a great holiday together.

Wonderful stay for a large group especially if you have kids. 15-20 mins to town so you have to plan groceries Pros- great view- lots of seating-well stocked kitchen including a Keurig- golf cart - ample parking -responsive host -quiet neighborhood Cons-The pools are small for the size of complex and were filled with tons of children. So a great place to visit if you have kids but not really for adults -A bit far from the lake and only access is walking down or by golf cart.Would like to have had; -a broom and dust pan for inside the house - an umbrella for some shade on the deck-shampoo and soap for showers- enough toilet paper for our longer stay - propane for fire table should be included - a booklet with map and details about house and property, garbage, recycling etc - furniture on bottom patio We rented a Pontoon from Wakepilot in Osoyoos and had a great time. Did the river float in Penticton (1 hr away) with Coyote Cruises. Other than that not a lot to do unless you really like wineries

The Cottages on Osoyoos lake is the nicest, most private, exclusive stay in all of Osoyoos. The community is fantastic, with over 1/2 of the homes being used for vacation renters just like you. The drive in is absolutely breathtaking, and the quiet and privacy are unmatched. If you are looking for peace and beauty away from the crowds in town, surrounded by vineyards and wildlife, this is where you'll want to be. There's no place like it in the Okanagan. Trust us! We've looked for over 30 years.

We chose this cottage for the quiet location within the complex, and of course, the views! We have parking for more vehicles than most and have set up to be the perfect getaway for adults, and families alike. We offer a games room with a wet bar, and bunkie to keep the kids happy. With an included, 26' boat slip and golf cart, we have thought of everything to make sure your time at the Cottages will give you the full experience!
