Modern 3BR Parade Home - w/Casita & Putting Green

Our home was featured in the 2022 St. George Parade of Homes. Come and experience our 2,610sq ft luxury home located at The Ledges of St. George. This 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home is set up to accommodate single or multi-family groups. The furnishings include all the upgrades you could ask for including flat-screen HDTV's, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. The floorplan is open and welcoming with bedrooms that are quiet and private. Two of the bedrooms have King beds and the third bedroom has a Queen bed. Accommodations also include an outdoor firepit table, gas grill, Private putting green, covered back patio, and a private backyard.

The Ledges of St. George is the perfect area to visit for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts and is conveniently located nearby the Tuacahn Amphitheatre and Performing Arts Center. Minutes away you'll find a conglomerate of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, world famous rock climbing and rappelling, and views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges.

Amazing house in a great location. Everything in the house was laid out in a very organized fashion and made it easy to find everything we needed. Right next to the golf course in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoy many nights on the outdoor putting green. Recommend this location highly.

Work Trip

We played in a golf event for work and came down a day early to play the Ledges the day before. The house is fully stocked like a typical home but it was very clean. The instructions were clear about check-in/check-out. The accommodations were very nice. We arrived after dark in the rain, but with a house code and a 3 car garage it made settling in easy and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again for any future events in St. George!The host has this system dialed in!
