The Space:

This 3 bed 4-bathroom custom home was built from the ground up and completed in 2022 with all the finest finishes. The main level features a spacious living room that opens to amazing views of the bay, a fully equipped kitchen, formal dining area, and large sliding doors that put the panoramic water views on display. The second level is comprised of a generously proportioned bayfront master bedroom that looks out onto the water and passing yachts, the large second and third bedrooms (both with en-suite bathrooms) are also on the second floor with their own views and balconies.
