Appartement élégant à Tavares, à 3 miles du centre-ville

Thank you so much for your honest review. We have also been very accomodative with early check ins or late check outs whenever possible.

Thank you Tim for taking the time to post the review. Glad you liked the place and would like to stay again.

From the owner: "Thanks so much for the review, we would love to have you back!"

From the owner: “We’re glad you enjoyed the clean apartment, quiet community, and convenient location, and that your group had a great time. While this guest noted suggestions about kitchen supplies and streaming options, I’ll keep these in mind as I continue working to make the home even more comfortable for future visitors. Guest comfort is always a priority, and I look forward to welcoming more travelers to enjoy the area.”

Hi Steve, we take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following: We are sorry to hear the home did not meet your preferences. The rec center is not advertised on the listing as this is not available to guests. We also do not have a front desk or a lady at the front of our property. We understand the road can be tricky when traveling to the home so a detour was added to assist guests with locating the property. We wish you had reached out to us so we could have assisted you with your concerns. We truly go above and beyond for our guests and we thank you for letting us know about your stay!

Hi Alexis, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize you experienced some issues with the community amenities during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:From the owner: Hi Alexis, we were happy to hear that you were very happy with the location and that you thought the property was cute. We have had numerous guests who have enjoyed the property and all we offer. We have received many kind words and 5-star reviews. - We wish you had reached out if you ran out of TP, we keep extras under the cabinet and also on the tank. If you had let us know we could have delivered more to you. - While we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, mattress and bedding taste is subjective, and we have never received any complaints about this in the past. We're sorry these didn't meet your preferences. - We have verified with Evolve and the check-out list is standard to most short-term rentals. We do not ask for more than what is normally expected. We ask that the property be in the same condition as you received it. We did talk to the cleaner who does a wonderful job and they were hurt because they work very hard to ensure the property is 100% clean, sanitized, and guest-ready. - There is a community trash bin in front of the complex if you couldn't find it we would have been happy to let you know where it was.We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We followed up with the owner, who would like to provide additional context regarding your stay:- Parking instructions and community guidelines are clearly outlined in the pre-arrival information sent to all guests, including designated guest parking areas.- The reservation became available due to an unexpected system issue. Rather than canceling and disrupting your holiday plans, we worked to accommodate your stay. All booking decisions were confirmed prior to arrival.- The primary bedroom is furnished with a standard mattress purchased from a mattress retailer, and both bedrooms include dedicated closet space for guest use.- The home is equipped with furnishings and amenities intended to support a comfortable stay, including additional items for flexibility and convenience. We appreciate you noting the cleanliness of the home and value all guest feedback, as it helps ensure clarity and consistency for future stays.
