My stay was amazing, the area is super quiet something I require. I will recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a place that is super clean super quiet and comfortable.
We enjoyed our stay. It was in a very quiet area and appeared new. Other than a strong fishy smell in the refrigerator, it was a great place to stay. I would definitely stay there again.
My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Very new condo. No frills, but all as advertised. Very close to Publix and restaurants. Not far from all the attractions of Orlando. We did not have any direct contact with the owners, but did not have any issues during our stay to need them.
I was in town for a beach volleyball tournament at Hickory Point Rec. Park a little over a mile from this Vrbo. It was everything we needed for 3 adults to enjoy a long weekend (4 days). The property was very clean, comfortable and well priced for the area. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Attached garage for one car during the hotter months with plenty of parking in front for additional cars. Check-in/Check-out was effortless. Location is minutes from downtown Tavares restaurant/bar scene, as well as a major grocery store for resupplies. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the great hospitality!
Property was clean and instructions prior to arrival were clear. Property and appliances are near new. Great lounge with electric recliner seats was perfect to relax at the end of a long day. Stayed here for a junior golf tournament at Mission Inn about 10 mins drive away. Was perfect for this. The property is located in a new development on the edge of Tavares, very quite community. You need a car to visit the main town area, supermarket is 2 mins drive away which was very useful. There is construction of another development happening directly across the road from this property. This did not impact us as we were there after 5pm and on the wend no work was occurring. In terms of some areas to consider for the landlord, whilst the beds were very comfortable consider changing the polyester pillows and duvets to better quality to align with the quality of the rest of the property. We would stay again.
Recently, my partner, his father, and I stayed at a VRBO property while in town for a family wedding. The condo was quite new, reflecting the modernity and simplicity of the developing community around it. True to other reviews, the place delivered on its promise of being straightforward with no frillsâexactly as advertised.
The condo itself is minimalist, particularly when it comes to cooking amenities. Bring your own wine opener! We did encountered a small oversight with the single-serve coffee maker, which had not been cleaned prior to our arrival.
That said, the location of the property is very convenient. Itâs situated very close to a Publix supermarket, making grocery runs easy. Plus, itâs not far from a variety of restaurants for those nights you prefer to eat out.
Our stay was pleasant overall. The property served as a reliable home base for our wedding festivities and offered a comfortable place to unwind. Should my travels bring me back to the area, I would consider staying at this property again for its simplicity and convenience.
Very Nice unit. Nicely furnished and very spacious and comfortable. However, if you are planning on cooking, the kitchen is very minimally equipped. There are no baking sheets, in fact nothing that could accommodate frozen breadsticks, no oven mitts, no large pots, no serving bowls, the only condiments provided are salt and olive oil. We cooked a 16 oz box of pasta in 2 batches because the pan wasn't big enough to hold the whole box. Largest bowl is a small cereal bowl. There is a single cup coffee maker, but you must bring your own coffee. I made the mistake of thinking it was a mini-Keurig and brought kpods. If you are planning on cooking here plan to bring everything you will need and if you plan on using the oven, plan on buying the aluminum throw aways from the store. There are a large variety of restaurants close by and Publix is less than a mile away.
If I find myself having to go to Taveres again, I would probably stay here again But I will come better equipped.
