Located just under 1 mile from the beach, Seven Oaks offers a peaceful community with amenities such as an outdoor pool and a picturesque natural pond area visible from the balcony of this third-floor walkup unit.

Step into a space adorned with new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the main living areas, complemented by fresh carpet in the bedrooms. The entire condo has been thoughtfully upgraded with a touch of modernity, featuring new furniture and updated decor. The master bedroom boasts a regal king bed and a private bathroom for your comfort and convenience. The two guest bedrooms each offer a queen bed and share a well-appointed hall bathroom.

Overall impression of the property was wonderful. The property was very functional, spacious, and comfortable for our family. Only two minutes to the beach. We really enjoyed staying here and will look at staying here again.

The property was really nice and clean. The location is near the beach and the area was really quiet and well lite. Check in process was very easy once email received from the location. The keyless entrance was hassle free each time. The screened in balcony was nice overlooking the pool side review from the location we was in. The decor in the apartment was very nice and inviting. I have recommended and will consider that property rental again. The people that lived at the site appear to be pleasant when talking to them.
