Beautiful Traverse City Condo!

Our stay here was perfect. Great view of the lake from the rooftop deck. The condo was very clean and updated! Unlike a lot of rentals, they provide you with plenty of trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. We can't wait to come back!

Property is very close to downtown. 10 min walk and 2 min walk to the beach. Very quiet and garage was a bonus for bike storage.

Condo was Perfect!

The condo was perfect for myself, my husband and my in-laws. The location couldn't have been better. It was close to so much and had views of the lake. The place was super clean and nicely decorated. The beds and bedding was extremely comfortable. We would definitely recommend staying here to anyone traveling to Traverse City!

Traverse City did not disappoint!

Our stay at the condo was wonderful! It was well equipped and the location was great! Perfect for two couples. The rooftop deck view was amazing overlooking Lake Michigan. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Wineries, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Fish Town to name a few of the beautiful sights close by. We will be back!

The condo was clean & well equipped. We had a good time touring/shopping/dining from Harbor Spring to Leland. One issue we had was the steep two flights of stairs (flight from garage to main floor & flight to bedrooms) was a challenge throughout our stay. Definitely needed younger legs! We had a small car so we were able to use the garage. The ceiling water leak was a disappointment.

Close To Front St

This property was really close to everything in downtown Traverse, so we walked to dinner several nights, and walked to several shops during the day. The roof also had an amazing view. The seats were comfortable and we could see the lake and parts of downtown Traverse. Some lighting would be nice for evenings on the rooftop patio. I would note that only one bathroom is upstairs with the bedrooms and neither are connected to a bedroom. I didn't realize this when booking the unit. There is also no table to eat meals at. The additional parking is very close to the unit which is nice because the garage is definitely a tight fit. Also, just a reminder that there are a lot of stairs. It is in the listing, so it shouldnt shock anyone, but just remember that everything has to be carried up one or two flights of stairs. Overall, we were all pleased with our stay and can't wait to visit again.

Nice clean place in a great location!

This place was very clean! It was nicely decorated. Nice dishes and kitchen items. Some rentals just put a bunch of their old junk in the kitchens so that was great! I would just recommend a couple non stick fry pans. Beds were comfortable and even had a TV in both bedrooms. Not that we had time to watch any lol! Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Nice view from deck. Just need to get some chairs up there. I could have really spent some time up there. Beautiful view! I know this is a newer rental and it looked like something might be in the works for putting something up there. Parking is tricky just like they stated in the ad. You definitely want a smaller car! We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others! Thanks for sharing your place we had a great time and enjoyed staying there!

Condo was perfect!

Condo was beautiful and clean. The location was incredible, within walking distance to pretty much everything we wanted to do in traverse and short drive to many attractions. They also provided household essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, detergents, trash bags, etc which was awesome. Only thing it was missing was some furniture on the rooftop (it did look like they were in the process of finishing this). Overall could not more highly recommend.

Excellent location and beautiful place!

We love the condo. It was in an excellent location, with a view of the lake too. We walked pretty much everywhere so the location is great, within 10-15 min walking distance to the Cherry Festival, restaurants and shops, etc. The condo is super clean and has everything you we needed. We really appreciate all the little touches that the owner put in to make our stay very comfortable. Thank you!

Great Location, Small, Efficient, Clean

Two Adults & College Son stayed with no issues. Lots of shops and restaurants to walk. Plan to get up early with the sunrise, shades do no block the sun. Roof top deck is great, but unfortunately no furniture to hang out. Garage is handy, but its a tight fit. We have a Honda Passport. Kitchen supplies included a French Press and the Ice Machine was a bonus! Overall very nice, but a bit small for 3 adults.

Wonderful Weekend Stay!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, brand new townhome in Traverse City. The place was very clean and comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed. This is a perfect location with the beach right across the street, and it’s very close to walk to nearby restaurants and the shops downtown. The view of the bay and downtown from the rooftop patio was spectacular! We enjoyed spending our evenings up there. We were able to park in the garage with our SUV (Honda Pilot), but it was tight and I see how it could be challenging for some. However, we saw plenty of street parking nearby, and we walked everywhere since it was so close. We love Traverse City and will definitely stay here again! We had a great time at this beautiful townhome, and I would definitely recommend it!
