Our 3 bedroom "Majestic Stroll-in Condo" is the perfect choice for many Branson visitors. Some of the most important decisions to pick your perfect vacation spot is a great location with a lake view but also close to everything in Branson. Luxury King Beds and Decor with Private Baths. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space to gather together and get your privacy. No stairs so everyone can enjoy their stay. Unit 122 is our "Majestic Stroll-In" 3 bedroom condo and has the space you have been looking for without the negatives. You are 5 mins to Branson with a great lake view - a huge patio that walks out to a grassy area and plenty of room for corn hole. There are no steps to enter this unit at all. Park and walk straight in! The quiet of this area and being in a building finished in 2022 makes this a perfect spot to enjoy everything Branson has to offer.

Everything is brand new as the owners finished getting the unit ready in May of 2022 - all new furniture, appliances, bedding and they have an impeccable taste in decor! The Majestic Stroll-In Branson condo not only has the best spot to enjoy coffee in the morning and watch the fog roll over the lake and then hop in the car for a 5 min drive to pick up some great bargains at the Tanger Outlet or 5 mins to Silver Dollar City! State Park Marina for slips and boat rentals is just one cove away!

We also have a 4 bedroom two doors down so if you have an extended reunion and need plenty of space with king beds and walk-in; we have you covered!

Living Areas:
The Majestic 3 Bedroom - Walk-In Branson condo and the main living area has main channel lake viiews from the huge patio and the 4 seasons room, plenty of seating both on the sofa with reclininers and extra chairs but also at the bar chairs. There is a huge TV with full cable lets you watch all the games and Branson Vacation Rentals also always offers free high speed WIFI. The 4 seasons room is heated and cooled and has a table for snacks or games and a sleeper sofa with television for extra guests. This is the best spot to end your day and watch the sunsets!

Kitchen:
The kitchen has quartz countertops and everything you need to even fix Thanksgiving dinner! The island is huge and a great spot to gather. The table in the dining area sits 6, the table in the sunroom sits 4, the bar sits 4 so there is plenty of room for everyone to sit down and enjoy meals together! Stainless appliances, full table service and plenty of serving pieces makes this a perfect spot for a snack to full dinners. Full size washer and dryer make packing a breeze.

Bedrooms:
All of the bedrooms are on the main level. There are 3 king bedrooms all on the main level each with an en-suite full bath so even though there is plenty of gathering space there is also plenty of space for privacy. Every bedroom has a tv with satellite as well. We use luxury linens throughout. The 4th bed is a sleeper sofa in the 4 seasons room. The "Majestic 3 Bedroom Stroll-in Condo" has lots of space for everyone to be together; inside and outside and also plenty of space to relax after a long day at Silver Dollar City.

Location:
Have we mentioned the location? Great location, lake views and so close to Branson. You will not have any 30 min drives at 10:00 pm when you stay with us. Finish your show, get some ice cream from Andy's and you are home before it melts. The walk-in unit still has great lake views so you can have it all.

The outdoor pool at this location is NOT available to our guests, but White Water and the Branson RecPlex are just a few minutes drive and a great spot to enjoy water play in Branson! And of course you can enjoy Table Rock Lake for lots of water fun, maybe check out Moonshine Beach just down the road about 5 minutes!

Staying together in our Majestic 3 bedroom Table Rock condo will be the spot you come back to time and time again. We decorate for Christmas; the views are amazing in the fall, spring sitting on the patio gives you a breath of fresh air and watching the boats and the lake in the summer make this a great year round spot.round spot.
