Condo de luxe mis à jour. Les mises à jour incluent une douche carrelée et à l'italienne dans la salle de bains principale. Comptoirs en granit, nouveau lave-vaisselle, cuisinière avec four et nouvelles armoires ornent la cuisine. Nouvelle laveuse / sécheuse. Nouveau carrelage au sol dans le salon. Nouveaux tapis dans toutes les chambres.

Haute saison Tarifs réduits pour les séjours prolongés à partir de seulement 6 nuits. Les tarifs des autres saisons sont déjà ajustés.

Profitez d'une belle vue sur le lac Taneycomo depuis votre véranda filtrée ou promenez-vous le long du lac juste derrière votre condo dans ce cadre paisible. Tentez votre chance pour attraper une truite brune lunker dans cette pêche de premier ordre.

Ou, le club-house et le parcours de golf de championnat sont à quelques pas de la colline. En janvier 2010, Golf Digest a désigné ce parcours de 18 trous de Pointe Royale comme l'un des 5 meilleurs "nouveaux parcours repensés pouvant être joués à moins de 70 $". En tant qu'invité, vous avez droit à un tarif de golf à prix réduit!

Toujours au club-house, profitez du pro-shop, des piscines intérieure et extérieure, de la salle d'exercice et du restaurant.

Pour le meilleur divertissement, notre condo est à seulement 5 minutes du célèbre "76 Music Blvd" de Branson. Cela vous donne un accès facile à tous les spectacles, épiceries, restaurants et magasins d'usine de Branson. Silver Dollar City n'est qu'un peu plus loin via une autre route avec moins de trafic.

Les tarifs d'été sont en haute saison (du 1er mai au 31 août). LE TARIF À LA NUITÉE VARIE selon la durée du séjour et la période de l'année. La plupart des divertissements de Branson commencent en mars et se terminent par des divertissements de Noël incomparables du 1er novembre jusqu'à la fin de décembre. La pêche à la truite sur le lac est la meilleure en hiver et magasinez à tout moment de l'année.

Ce condo est une unité au deuxième étage sans ascenseur. Il y a un canapé-lit queen-size haut de gamme dans le salon. Une connexion Wi-Fi / Internet haut débit sécurisée et un téléphone longue distance sont fournis gratuitement.

Point royale

Great hosts, great condo and great location. Slept 7 adults with comfort, plenty of room for relaxing and lounging. Quiet location but not far from all the attractions. Overall a very nice stay, we will be returning.

Great location and great condo!

Loved staying here, pretty view, plenty of space. Clean, quiet area with a clubhouse and gated entrance. My family and I loved it! Would definitely come back! Owners were easy to communicate with. Great location as well, short drive to a grocery store, miniature golf and Silber Dollar City.

Christmas girls

The Condo was just as the picture. We felt right at home the moment we walked in. The beds were very comfortable and anything we needed was there. The best part was the wonderful view of the Lake! It was so relaxing sitting on the balcony watching folks fishing. I give this place a 10! We will stay again. Thank you from the Christmas girls.

The Perfect place

This place was absolutely perfect for what we needed. We spent 9 nights here for a church trip. My only regret is that we were so busy with church we didn’t get to learn more about this place and all it has to offer. I offer one small word of advice. This condo is on the second story with only stairs. I was not aware, either by oversight of my own, or it was not stated. My Mom struggles with stairs, but we managed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Serenity by the water

It was a quick girls trip for some relaxing and Branson shows. We were not disappointed. The screened in porch was perfect for morning coffee. The trees were starting to change color and were gorgeous! We saw Six and the Haygoods, which were excellent shows- highly recommend !! Only complaint is there was not a single cup coffeemaker as listing stated. Do not bring k-cups: they did provide ground coffee.

Sweet owners but needs some better upkeep

Family friendly, restaurant was great. Nice but needs update! Pool cool. The outside was dirty walking up. The property is at the bottom of the hill so u need to walk up to the clubhouse. Owners sent a tv and coffee pot when they found they weren’t working. They were great! The mattresses need updated. Squeeky bed🤓 old vacuum, not many cleaning supplies, washer and dryer took forever. The things that said were stocked like toilet paper and wpaper towels trash bags were not stocked. No biggie. I thought being on the lake, the kids would love to go out and play in it all the time, but the water was so cold cold.

Perfect place to stay in Branson!

The place was exactly as described. 3bed/3bath made it very comfortable for our family, with plenty of room to hangout and cook so we didn't have to eat out every meal. Great location next to the river and golf course especially if you want to take a stroll and a short drive to just about everything in Branson. Definitely recommend staying here!

Framily birthday celebration

My framily from Iowa with two boys 7 and 12 met me there to celebrate my 60th birthday. It was there 1st trip to the Branson area and the condo could not have been better. I enjoyed coffee early every morning on the deck overlooking Lake Taneycomo, they fished, we hiked the 1 mile trailhead loop that goes off the edge of the parking lot along the lake, and it was 5 minutes to Moonshine Beach to swim and kayak at Table Rock below Chateau. We did Lambert’s, Bass Pro, Shepherd of the Hills dinner and outdoor drama on Saturday, Silver Dollar City on Sunday, swim, kayak, and White Water on Monday topping it off with a great birthday dinner at Cafe Laredo on Branson Landing. On our last day Tuesday, we went to Fantastic Caverns and then to the new Bucee’s for lunch before parting ways to drive home. Thank you so much for the use of your beautiful quiet condo!

Family gathering

All of our kids and grandkids met with us in Branson. Our son has a timeshare there, and one daughter has a vacation home there. We stayed in the Gibb condo with two of our daughters and our granddaughter. And the evenings we all gathered in the condo that we had rented. It was perfect for our needs! We absolutely love the Location.

Amazing location for our family vacation

We had 3 generations with us on vacation as we took our daughter and her family. The kids loved the little park and the indoor pool. My husband really enjoyed being right on Lake Taneycomo, watching the fishermen and enjoying the scenery. The Condo had plenty of room, and we certainly enjoyed the screened in back deck for morning coffee. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful location by the lake

Condo was just as described overlooking the lake. It is at the back of the property, quiet and serene. It was perfect. The condo is newly renovated, decorated nicely, beds are comfortable and all needs have been anticipated. We loved staying here. The Gibbs were very quick to respond to our messages when we had questions. The location is great, quick drive to where we needed to go...shows, Walmart, Hollister, Hungry Hunter😋😁. We would def stay here again!

Perfect location!

House is well-maintained and sits close to a creek. Coffee in the sunroom overlooking the creek, watching trout fishermen, and wildlife is the way to start a day. Location is nice and close to all the activities. Loved this place ! ❤️ ❤️❤️❤️❤️

We recently retired and moved back to Missouri after a 17 year absence. We have been married since 1970, honeymooned in Branson and have been vacationing here quite often since. We have 4 grown children and 8 grandchildren to enjoy. Our hobies include traveling and camping. Finally we stay active in our church and community.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

For many years we have considered buying property in the Branson area. In 2017, that dream became reality when this listing presented itself. This is an amazing 3 bedroom unit that had everything we were looking for, and hopefully for you.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Nothing says outdoors more than sitting on the screened in porch (bug free) at sunrise, sipping a cup of coffee and listening to nature wake up along the edge of the lake. Then get a tee time at a very reasonable fee or trout fish. In the evening we enjoy Branson's variety of shows and attractions, and of course one day has to be spent at Silver Dollar City.

Traffic in Branson can be difficult at times. This unique community sits away from the hustle and bustle of the strip, but not so far that it's a problem (about 5 minutes). Whether you're going to Silver Dollar City, downtown, or to northern Arkansas, your not far with an easy drive. Life is peaceful and safe in this gated and guarded community.
