Where will I be?

Yarrawong is located 7 minutes south of Berry. The area is known for its lush pastures, shopping in Berry, and local wineries. If you wish to visit the beach, Yarrawong is located just 15 minutes drive through the countryside to Seven Mile Beach, Gerroa. The surrounding area has many beautiful walking trails, and the property is 15 minutes drive from the Shoalhaven River for water sports. Kangaroo Valley is also just a 30 minute drive.

How is the property laid out?

All accommodation is within close proximity with each dwelling bordering a common green.

The Cottage: The Cottage is a two-storey dwelling sleeping 4. Downstairs is a lounge room with French doors leading onto a verandah with peaceful views. Next to the lounge room is a dining room and kitchen, and a sunroom that has an additional table and chairs. The bathroom is located downstairs and has a shower, bath and toilet. Located upstairs are two loft bedrooms - one with a queen bed and one with a double bed. Inclusions: Nespresso coffee pod machine + milk frother, kettle, toaster, fridge, gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, smart tv (downstairs), Bluetooth speaker, 2 x reverse cycle air conditioners and ceiling fan.

The Barn: Just across the lawn is The Barn - a self contained rustic dwelling sleeping 6. Downstairs features a living room with television and dining table, a bar for casual eating, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, 1 powder room, and 2 bedrooms (1 queen, 2 single). Upstairs features a 2 bed loft (single beds). The covered outdoor terrace offers a picnic table where you can enjoy a long lunch in the fresh rural air. Inclusions: Nespresso coffee pod machine, bar fridge, kettle, toaster, smart tv, Bluetooth speaker, reverse cycle air conditioner and ceiling fan.

The Stable: A short stroll up the gravel path is The Stable, which features a living room with television, and a bedroom with queen bed. The bedroom has an ensuite with shower and toilet. In addition, there is a traditional outdoor Australian toilet! Inclusions: kettle, toaster, bar fridge, smart tv, Bluetooth speaker, reverse cycle air conditioner and ceiling fan.

WiFi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV - will I have it?

This property provides complimentary Wi-Fi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a backup plan. Please bring your own account details for Netflix, etc.

What about outdoors?

Guests to Yarrawong will delight in the charming outdoor areas. The Cottage and The Barn both have covered verandahs where you can relax in the outdoor chairs. The generous common green provides an area for play.

Staying warm or keeping cool?

The Barn features a combustion fireplace. The bedrooms have fans. All dwellings have reverse cycle air conditioning/heating.

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

High quality sheets, pillows, blankets, duvets, linen and bath towels are all provided at this property. However please bring your favourite beach towel!

Parking for cars, boats etc?

Car parking is provided within the property of Yarrawong.

Is my dog or cat welcome to stay?

What are the minimum stay rules?

- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights

Are there any special Summer Season rules?

Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
