Come enjoy our comfortable, cozy condo that features a community heated pool with outdoor seating and lounge chairs plus a separate community hot tub. It has a great floor plan featuring 3 bedrooms (sleeping for 6), 2 bathrooms and a covered back patio with outdoor seating. The kitchen has all you need to prepare your meals for those who love to cook and stay in and it’s equipped with utensils, traditional coffee maker, refrigerator, flat cooktop stove/oven, dishwasher and microwave. The living room has a sofa and 2 chairs, 70" Smart TV with Hulu TV Live, wood fireplace and arcadia door to the back patio. The dining area is just off the living room and kitchen and features seating for 4 plus there is a small table for 2 in the kitchen.



The master bedroom has a King size bed, dresser, 50" smart TV with Hulu Live TV, direct access to back patio and a private bathroom with double sinks and a walk in shower and a walk in closet. The first guest bedroom has a Queen bed and 43" Smart TV w/ Hulu Live and the second guest bedroom has a queen size bed and 50" smart TV w/ Hulu Live. The guest bedroom features a single sink and tub shower combo and there is no reason to take home any dirty laundry because this unit has a full size washer and dryer in the unit.
