As you enter, you will find the large laundry and wash room directly to your right, as well as the convenient main level Powder Room located just before the living area. You are sure to appreciate all of the love and thought that has so obviously gone into this living space. With a brand new couch and 2 cozy loveseats, there is plenty of space for the whole family to relax together and enjoy the Central AC, Free WiFi and maybe even stream a movie on the Flat Screen TV after a long day of making memories out and about in OC! *Fireplace is Decorative only and NOT in use.* Just off the Living Room is the well equipped Kitchen and Dining Area, complete with Breakfast Bar! The master Chef in your family is sure to adore this wide open, and fully equipped kitchen. With all the conveniences of home, beautiful granite countertops, and Stainless Steel appliances, whipping up a family meal will feel like anything but a chore.
