We had an amazing stay! Carmela was a phenomenal host who answered all of my questions promptly and provided a detailed welcome booklet with everything we needed to know about the house and local area.The home was perfect for our family of 9 adults and 3 children. It was spacious, spotless, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was a favorite gathering spot after the beach, especially for the toddlers, and we loved spending our evenings enjoying dinner by the pool and playing cornhole together.This is honestly one of the best and most accommodating vacation homes we’ve ever rented. The home was exactly as described, beautifully maintained, and made our family vacation one we’ll always remember. We highly recommend staying here and would absolutely book here again!

We had the best time at Madison Bay Beach House!! The house is beautifully decorated and stocked with everything…pots and pans, cooking utensils, colorful bath towels, beach towels and even beautiful bath robes…everything you need for a great vacation. The outdoor space was beautiful as well. We had a total of 7 adults and twin 1 year old babies. We had plenty of room. Great location!! It was near everything. Beautiful beaches, fabulous restaurants and shops were all super close. My family and I will definitely be back. Carmella was very easy to reach and super accommodating. Thanks for a lovely vacation making memories with our family!!!

This vacation home was worth every dollar. 3 generations of our family were able to comfortably spend a week in Ocean City for my daughters dance competition. The home is lovely clean and has tons of space. There are cool features in the bedrooms like Luxury bathrooms and cool giant pillow chairs that even my Mother in Law loved. We loved the pool which is perfect for families with smaller children because If has a nice shallow splash section.The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities to cook large meals and the oversized table was fun for cards and meals. We even checked out some of the local restaurants which had live music and great food for dine in or doordash. I would definitely recommend the Madison because the host was very responsive and made sure if we needed support she was contacting us.

The home was very well supplied and clean. The only exception: we did not find a tea kettle for boiling water. The pool and outside area was well maintained and quite comfortable, especially the fire pit. There are many restaurants and stores nearby.Altogether, our stay was very pleasant.

Great Vacation House

Very welcoming and beautiful home. Spotless and well stocked both inside and out with everything you need for a great stay. Host was very attentive and check in process was seamless. Any question we had was answered promptly. The welcome basket was such an added surprise. Thank you!!

Loved our stay!

It was a perfect home for our family of 8 adults to share a week together. The house is very clean and newly updated. Carmella went above and beyond with amenities and offerings in their home including towels , robes, and a fully stocked kitchen. Lovely location, close enough to all things OCMD but far enough away to feel relaxed. Thank you!

Great Stay!

The house & outdoor property were beautiful! We had so much fun swimming in the pool & enjoying movie nights in the spacious, open living room. Our girls loved all the large bedrooms with unique closet spaces too. The welcome basket upon arrival was such a nice surprise. We loved all the beach/mermaid themed decorations. Checking in & out of the property was very easy. Would definitely recommend a stay at this property!

Overnight Getaway

We loved this house, so so clean and loved the outside patio, pool!!, and covered pavilion ❤️ you can basically enjoy the outdoors from breakfast to watching the sunset with evening drinks. Almost as important the location is close enough to the fun but away from the hubbub of the crowds. We will be back!! 💃

Terrific Stay

This house was incredible. It had everything we could need for adults and the kids. Pool was terrific for all ages with the easy entrance. Perfect size for the group we had (4 adults, 4 children under 8 years old). House was beautifully decorated and any amenity you could think of was provided. Wonderful welcome basket was a pleasant surprise with items for the adults and the kids. Communication with the owner was easy and timely. Would absolutely stay here again!

Exquisitely designed paradise

Every item in this immaculate place has a purpose of function and/or design. It is so clean and inviting and the layout was perfect for socializing and had enough room for everyone to have privacy at night as well. The pool was great for relaxing and the kids preferred this to the ocean scene. We were so happy that we chose this beautiful place for our first family vacation! Our hosts were so quick with responses and providing information. You won’t go wrong by choosing this gorgeous home away from home!

Fantastic!

This house has everything you could want. The owners have decorated and equipped it so that it is so easy to feel at home. The pool and backyard area was our “hangout”. We had so much fun there. We also loved the corn hole game. Inside the games gave us so many evenings of laughs and rivalries. So close to a beach spot with a lifeguard station right there too. Lots of restaurants, stores, putt-putts and all the things you love about vacation. We even received a welcome basket that was “over the top”.Thank you, thank you for everything!

Wonderful home for a big family vacation! There were 12 of us altogether, small children including. Carmella went above and beyond for our stay; with keeping in contact every step of the way, the cute welcoming basket, everything. The pool area was perfect for us, everyone enjoyed it! Everyone was able to enjoy one another but yet also had their own space to enjoy quiet time. The house was so very clean, and decorated so well that it really gave us that “home” feeling. The location was absolutely perfect as well. A quick walk to places, but also such a short drive to everything imaginable, yet with being so close to everything the neighborhood was so quiet and family friendly, which again was perfect. All in all, I cannot say enough amazing things about this property and as well as Carmella. Amazing house and an AMAZING host! Thank you Carmella!

Ideal Vacation Home

Our stay at the Madison Bay Beach Getaway was first-class! The house is located on a quiet side street, and it was possible to walk to the beach and nearby shops / restaurants in less than 15 minutes. The booklet in the beautiful gift basket was useful with suggestions of local hotspots. Carmella also recommended a Mexican restaurant overlooking the bay, which we thoroughly enjoyed: Papa Grande’s, just at the end of the street! The WiFi is strong, so I could do remote work without any issues and it was helpful to have an accessible printer. The beds were comfortable with tv’s in every room (which made my husband happy!) and everything was super clean. The rain shower in the bathroom was relaxing and we loved the fun decor everywhere. The kitchen is modern and spacious, and great for cooking. We felt at home here and definitely plan to book again in the summer, when we can take full advantage of the pool / patio. It is a great space for a large family or group of friends! Thanks Carmella, for accommodating our last minute getaway. Everything was just right!

Nice and Easy comfortable stay. A winner - from the door!!!

The house was so tastefully appointed, from the minute you walk in, loaded with everything a family would need to enjoy a week stay at the beach. The kitchen was stocked, the bathrooms were loaded with bath/beach towels. The furniture inside and outside was enough seating for the entire family and so comfortable. The laundry room had two oversized machines, the washer and dryer were top notch. The outside shower came in handy especially for the children. We also grilled one night. Especially enjoyed the outstanding lighting on the deck to sit out with the pool light at night - great spaces for conversation. Carmella even provided a Card for food shopping at the local grocery market. My phone call was quickly answered, when I was unsure of something. This is the perfect get away and I will surely return next year. We were one mile from the beach. Restaurants close by and amusement for the family and kids . P.S. The guest basket & roses were an added bonus and a very gracious gesture.
