Great house near Venice Beach!

This house was amazing for our family to stay in during our short visit to Venice Beach. Our two young boys loved the pool and pool toys. Plenty of space to hang out and enjoy the warm Florida weather.

Awesome Place!

We were in the area to pick up our family pet froma local training facility and this ended up being the perfect location to also spend our kids’ spring break. It had easy access to dog friendly restaurants and the dog beach! The house had every thing we needed.

Wedding 2025

Myself, my friend, and her family were in Florida to attend a wedding. The house was great, and the host was always available to answer a question or for whatever else you may need. The pool was clean and ready for use. Unfortunately, it was a bit chilly in Florida. All in all I’d stay again if I ever needed.

Perfect Home in a Perfect Location!

Close to everything you want to be! Pristine home setup very nicely. Master bedroom is on the opposite side of the house of the other two bedrooms which is a plus.Master bedroom has access to the pool, and so do the other two bedrooms via the bathroom having a door to the pool area as well.Loved the area and we were so close to everything test property with an attentive owner.

Great family home

We stayed for a week. The house was great, pool was awesome. Enjoyed the fresh fruit trees. My grandkids lived the sapodillas and mangos. The owner was very accessible. Look forward to going back.

Great Choice

My family and I stayed for nearly a week. House is conveniently located close to everything. Homeowner was readily available to answer any questions and provided anything we needed for the house. Can’t wait to stay there again. Great choice and absolutely amazing!!

Perfect!

This was one of our favorite rentals. It’s a lovely home, very clean, kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, water pressure was good, didn’t run out of hot water despite multiple showers in a row. Of course, the pool was a hit with the kids. Very close to multiple beaches, plenty of stores a short drive away. Brian was wonderfully responsive, an excellent host! We will be back next year.

Great getaway!

We really enjoyed our 5 day stay. The location is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. We felt safe and were able to enjoy the luxuries of the home. The beach was less than a 10-minutes drive and very beautiful. Brian was very professional and a delight to deal with! Definitely recommend for anyone looking to get away for a few days!

Great Place in Venice

This place was great for our month long stay in the Venice area. Short drive to the beach and shopping. Large fenced backyard for our dogs. Nice pool to sit around or swim in during warm weather. Owner quick to respond to questions. I would stay here again if back in the area.

Relaxing home base from home

Really, our overall stay was absolutely excellent! The rooms were clean, the central air working and a blessing, and it was awesome to have the pool! There were a few things that weren’t exactly what was originally listed but they were minor for us. There is only one queen size bed instead of two (the other beds are double), the ice maker on the refrigerator didn’t work, there was a significant amount of mold (stained) in the washing machine, and the fence was broken, which was a concern since we had brought our dog and that was the reason for booking this VRBO. My spouse and brother-in-law did go to the hardware store to buy the needed items to fix fence and they cleaned with the bleach the mold in machinethe best they could but it remained pretty stained with mold. I did mention the last two to the property manager/owner and he apologized for the fence saying it was damaged in the hurricane from last fall. We also found or should I say our dog found another opening in the wire part of the fence. If you need a totally fenced in yard when staying with a dog, beware that the fence isn’t fully secure. There was another fenced-in part of the yard but it had thistles in the ground that bothered our dogs feet. Brian, the owner/manager said that he was looking into replacing the fence and the drum part with mold of the washing machine. The mold was also in the detergent tray. It may have been cause by the tray and front load door not being left open when not in use.
